March 23, 2021 Deposit paid $2,150.00 June 23, 2022 Final Payment $5,016.25 Total Paid $7,016.25 New windows were installed on June 23, 2022, and our home was left in a terrible mess and now they are leaking. When we agreed to purchase these windows we were advised that the blue exterior framing would be removed and new framing would be installed inside and outside, with new white framing on the exterior and would be totally finished looking with new windows. During the installation the installer left on the old blue framing from the old windows, I instructed them that the blue framing was to be removed and new exterior framing would be installed. The installers begrudgingly removed the blue framing, sealed the gapping holes around the windows with caulking and said that was all they could do. I have emailed the pictures showing how terrible the exterior looks and advised them of problem that the windows are with leaking. I have requested that they repair the leaking windows immediately due to a large amount of rain fall and complete the necessary repairs required for the exterior. I have not been contacted to date. If not able/or willing to do we want to be compensated to complete or repair the windows a refund amount to cover the cost of repair and exterior frames installed.
