We recently had A Clark reshingle our roof and are VERY pleased with the entire experience. From the assessment to the quote to completion, the representatives were professional and approachable. ***************** and his installation team worked hard to complete the job in one day. ******************* responded immediately to all of my questions. I was truly impressed and as an international quality improvement consultant, I have no improvements to offer...thank you so much.

A. Clark roofing did an excellent job on my roof. They are very hardworking and they started and finished the job on time. They cleaned up after and made my house look fantastic. They are an excellent company, very communicative. They took the time to answer all of my questions and assisted me finding someone for the soffits and eves as well. **** never use this company again and highly recommend you not use it either. Have had nothing but problems getting the work done properly. Have been waiting 9 months and it still isnt done properly. They also left all the garage and materials for the siding in my back patio all winter long. The siding had warped pieces and broken pieces all over the house and when pointed out to the installed his remarks were that he isnt getting paid to do warranty work. A guy came out a few weeks back to replace some shingles and then I get a phone call today from A Clark telling me all the deficiencies have been fixed and need to settle up payment. Only part of the deficiencies have been fixed and a small part at that. Most of the silicone work still needs to be fixed and siding replaced and wedges put under some shingles. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. This company use to be really good but has gone downhill fast. All most all of the jobs are subcontracted out. Save your money and time and go with a more professional company and safe yourself a huge headache.A Clark Roofing & Siding LP Response

We waited on responding as we were still working towards a resolution but would like to thank you for your feedback. This has been, we hope, mutually resolved and we've worked to overcome disagreements and fix with goodwill what was reasonable and possible given the situation. Horrible customer service. I had emailed this company to get a quote to replace a fascia.On November 10, *********************** had phoned me to say that he would stop by on either November 11 or 12 to replace the fascia. I didn't get a phone call after to say whether it was completed or not. It is for a rental. I drove by and it wasn't done.On November 16, I emailed the company to ask for an update. *************************** replied that she will ask ****** to reach out to me. No email/phone call.On November 18, I emailed ***** again and said ****** hasn't reached out to me and she replied with that he was off that day and will ask him when he returns.On November 21, I emailed ***** again asking for an update. No response.On November 23, I emailed ***** again letting her know that I no longer need this done. It still needed to be repaired but why would I continue dealing with this company? I get two voicemails an hour later from ***** and another person saying that they can come out to repair it.On November 25, I get a voice from *** saying that they will come repair it.Do they not communicate with each other? Why would I go with a company that can't email/phone me back?Review from Bill L

Very professional staff. From getting a quote for service & getting the job done. Good job of clean up and shingling. Roof look great. Good follow up from A Clark to ensure we were satisfied with job completed. Great to know if we have any concerns, A Clark will be there in the future . Our experience with A.Clark was very positive. From getting a same-day quote for siding our home to completion, everything was very smooth and timely. Once materials were chosen, we were booked within 2 weeks. The project was completed within 3 days. I appreciated that the courteous installers cleaned up the premises after each workday. I had an amazing experience with A. Clark Roofing in December 2021 and they will be where I go for all future roofing needs. ***** came out and assessed our unique ventilation/condensation issue. He brought his team in and ************************ and **** were amazing. They truly were a team. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, easy to talk to, and had relentless drive to resolve my issue. We had some really cold and snowy weather to work around and they were onsite through most of it and when they couldnt work safely because of extreme cold, they called to check on us every day. A. Clarks employees demonstrated the best commitment to service and best commitment to excellence, as well as a high level of pride in their work ethic and integrity.
