Boyfriend went and bought a car from these guys not even a week ago, drove it for 4 days, noticed the tires are cupped called to asked to get them fixed since its a safety concern and he just bought it and they marked the mechanical fitness assessment for the tires being complaint when they werent, service guy looks over the tires and agrees these arent safe, gets them ordered then all of a sudden redwater dodge calls and tells him hes responsible for half the bill, I call and talk to *** the manager and he tells me that cupped tires are complaint if they arent bad. Then says hes not here to argue with me over the phone, wanted to make use happy mean time, service and sales are going back and fourth about a price he has to pay and giving him the total run around, not to mention also charged 400 for nitrogen and wheel locks that he never asked for, plus car wasnt detailed upon pickup and smelt like cigarette smoke inside, overall expirence at this dealership for him being a first time buyer is horrible and we will never deal with these guys again. Dont buy from here unless you like fighting with them and their pointless logic.

I advise not coming to this dealership. I did put a deposit on a vehicle and when I went over the list of fees totallin $1700, I did express concerns and stated on several items that I did not want that item. I was told it was their company policy and mandatory. I said I was going to check this but agreed. The next day, I still not ok with it and found that these fees are not mandatory. I simply advised that I had changed my mind and was unwilling to purchase the car. I requested a refund of my deposit. It was 2.5 hours of fighting with them giving me repeated offers and demanding I call in. I had to keep repeating NO MEANS NO! It still didnt have impact. I had to threaten them with an ***** and BBB complaint. I was eventually given a receipt that my $300 was refunded. I didnt see it in my account right away so I called the bank who said that is not unexpected but to wait a few days and check again. Three days later there was still no refund in my account. I sent the sales agent the receipt to advise the refund was not received. This was the response "Please dont ever text me again. You have your receipt now lose my number". I am leaving this review, filing a dispute with my bank and complaint with *****.

New truck had recalls, running boards and flaps installed had no value. Just bought the wrong truck from the wrong dealership.Update Dec 23. They still have not paid me for my trade. These guys are slime ball corner-store used car sales men that's all. I am out 30k and they have sold my trade in already. Not sure who bought it but it has a lean on it. They are thiefs and I am being generous.
