      Not great experience after the sale was done.Brought the car back due to vibration in front end, 6 weeks after I bought it.First thing I was told I would need to pay for inspection. Not happy since I put on less than ****km since I bought it.They told me it could be my driving habits..really ****** me off.Then was told sales is sales has nothing to do with service go talk to them.Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Expected more from them.Car had winter tires on so I thought putting on summer tires would solve the problem, it did not.Brought the car back in was told wheel was not balanced properly the issue should be fixed.Drove home vibration still continued. Checked my Park Mazda folder no paper work about extended Warrenty I bought. When I did ask the sales manager about the warranty I bought he said he would need to check the fine print. What a joke...would never recommend this dealership. For a family run business was very disappointed in the way I was treated after spending so much money.

      We apologize for any frustration regarding your recent purchase at Park Mazda. Our technicians were not able to duplicate the concern, even after the tire swap and tire balance. We waived the diagnostic fee, and offered a free oil change. We had an appointment scheduled for 9:00am Monday morning with our shop *******, to which the customer did not show. I believe we have offered to try to rectify the situation.

      No diagnostic was done or you would have seen the *** code, so there was no fee to wave. You re balanced the tire that was it.My Wife forgot to cancel the Monday appointment as I booked the car for inspection at another dealership to find out what was wrong.There was issue with the *** that was repaired. If you would like to cover my out of pocket expense that would be great.$115.00 for inspection and $150.00 for the Warrenty deductible.

      NEVER let them install paint protection film on your vehicle. They caused at least $3,000 worth of damage to my brand new vehicle prior to my taking possession of it. Now they want me to take it in, to get repainted because they used my vehicle as a cutting board and scratched my car through the clear coat and into the paint if not deeper. Thus voiding my 7-year anti-perforation rust warranty. Damaging both fenders the bumper, hood and headlights.

      We are currently working with the customer to a desired outcome of replacing the vehicle with another new unit. The dealer has been in contact with the customer, and is working to achieve the customer's desired outcome of switching units. We are awaiting the new unit to arrive and expect to bring this matter to resolution.

      Double oil change done won’t refund for their error service manager unprofessional

      I am showing that we did refund the customer by check on the same day that this was posted. The customer has since left a negative google review after that date. The previous oil change was done 3 months prior, and an oil change is part of the service requested (48km service). If we failed to carry through the request to skip the oil change, we apologize and have refunded the amount. We hope the client would be kind enough to remove the reviews since the matter is resolved.
