    I traded in my ford Explorer April 2022, my winter tires were on the explorer. The dealership was supposed to take the winter tires off the explorer and put the summer tires on the explorer for the trade in. I was supposed to pick up my winter tires from the dealership at a later date because the service department was unable to switch the tires for several days. I called the dealership to set up a time last week to come and pick up my winter tires. The dealership didn’t know what happened to my tires. For several days the service department gave me several different excuses about the whereabouts of the tires. Finally they said the tires were lost. I was given no explanation or apology for apparently loosing my winter tires that are valued at $1400.00. The services department offered me employee pricing on a new set of tires, but after calling different stores to price out a quote on the same tires the Mazda dealership was offering, it turns out there was actually no “deal”, in fact I would be paying full price on a new set of tires. For the last week I have tried to contact the service manager, and general manager at Park Mazda, I have left several messages and no one will return my phone calls. I feel I have mistreated and cheated by the dealership. I have contacted the RCMP and have been told that this incident can be considered theft. I am very frustrated by the staff at Park Mazda

    Not great experience after the sale was done.Brought the car back due to vibration in front end, 6 weeks after I bought it.First thing I was told I would need to pay for inspection. Not happy since I put on less than ****km since I bought it.They told me it could be my driving habits..really ****** me off.Then was told sales is sales has nothing to do with service go talk to them.Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Expected more from them.Car had winter tires on so I thought putting on summer tires would solve the problem, it did not.Brought the car back in was told wheel was not balanced properly the issue should be fixed.Drove home vibration still continued. Checked my Park Mazda folder no paper work about extended Warrenty I bought. When I did ask the sales manager about the warranty I bought he said he would need to check the fine print. What a joke...would never recommend this dealership. For a family run business was very disappointed in the way I was treated after spending so much money.

    We apologize for any frustration regarding your recent purchase at Park Mazda. Our technicians were not able to duplicate the concern, even after the tire swap and tire balance. We waived the diagnostic fee, and offered a free oil change. We had an appointment scheduled for 9:00am Monday morning with our shop *******, to which the customer did not show. I believe we have offered to try to rectify the situation.

    No diagnostic was done or you would have seen the *** code, so there was no fee to wave. You re balanced the tire that was it.My Wife forgot to cancel the Monday appointment as I booked the car for inspection at another dealership to find out what was wrong.There was issue with the *** that was repaired. If you would like to cover my out of pocket expense that would be great.$115.00 for inspection and $150.00 for the Warrenty deductible.
