      If I could rate this business with 0 starts, I certainly would. I have a long, drawn out story about Legacy Dodge. Here it goes:I bought my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica in June of 2021 from one of their female sales reps. ** the time, I was originally going to purchase from an out of town dealership as I've had horrible experiences with Legacy Dodge in the past, but Legacy made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Lovely family vehicle, with full extended warranty including 2 free oil changes a year, free tire storage, and free tire change outs for each season. First I had to chase them down to fix some damage that was on my vehicle when I purchased it. Second, my drivers seat became discolored within weeks of purchase. Apparently no amount of warranty can cover that...they "detailed" my van for free. Third, I brought my van in for it's first oil change and they wanted to charge me. Getting to the bottom of it, I was told that I purchased the "Gold" package and not the "Gold Plus". I had a meeting with the sales manager and was told the paper I signed with the sales rep isn't the same as what I could get through financing. NO-ONE TOLD ME THIS IN FINANCING. I asked for a copy of my file almost a year ago and have yet to see it. Fourth, I had to get my radio replaced and my Sirus XM radio subscription ran out 3 months early. I called this same Sales rep and was told "oh sorry not my problem". Sirus XM was kind enough to extend the subscription at no cost (it was supposed to be free through Legacy Dodge). Fifth, I go to get my winter tires put on my vehicle today and I'm told there is a charge! I told them that wasn't right, but they assured me I was to be charged....of course! So now I have to go pick up my tires and put them on myself because I REFUSE to use their business. I sent the Sales Manager an email earlier this morning, and didn't receive anything back. I also called, and was told he is unavailable. Convenient. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone for anything

      Horrible sales manager and sales associate **** ,we bought a $75,000 vehicle from this dealership, and less than a couple months & 700 km later my car breaks down and my fuel injectors need to be replaced at $1800.00 , instead of stepping up to try help or even offer somewhat offer of a solution they tell me YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY! Easy for them to say and do whatever it takes to get the sale buy as soon as you drive off your on your own ! I highly highly recommend you dont buy a vehicle from this dealership unless you want to be mocked and antagonized after the fact. No respect no empathy and absolutely no customer service!

      Brought used car in for faulty thermostat, -8°c and car won’t warm up to operating temperature in 2 hours of driving spent 2 days in the shop and they said it was completely fine, now my windshield does not defrost. Not the first problem they don’t fix they are just a horrible dealer that gives you nothing but problems
