Had them come out and look ar oven .element burnt out. When I called was told service call would be 75. Dollars. I agrred. When so called technician got here looked at it. Put something in his pho e , told us couldn't be repaired. Parts not available. Then charged 85. Dollars. Called there office and asked again what service call price was. Again told 75. Took Manager 3 days to call me back, said they would Etransfer money back. This was kn Dec.21. Still no money. Have called nu erous times and told Manager not available. Will call back. Today Jan.17 still no call. All this over 10 dollars. A shoddy business. Would not trust them to stand behind anything they do. The Technician name was *********. This group are frauds and have no business class .

Junior Appliance Repair Appliance repair service 3 minutes ago They gave us a window between 1=4 on a Saturday afternoon, they showed at 4:10 in a personal vehicle. He stood in our kitchen for 20 minutes on his phone, then said fridge...no parts....oven door...must order parts...then gave us a **** for $75. Okay so this is the most sketchy business i' ve ever dealt with, in total there is 3 names, Junior appliance repair, Chinook appliance repair and the company that billed us was ADR home services....TRUST ME this company or companies are a rip off...none of the phone numbers align....really bad.....Stay as far away as you can. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau

Junior Appliances Service with the same office number was trying to establish its self in **. Was having problems with my ** dryer. Technician took my dryer apart said everything looked good but could try replacing the support assembly for $357.00. I said what happens if that doesnt correct the problem. He checked with his boss in Edmonton and said that if this didnt fix the problem they would give me my money back! It didnt fix the problem and when I called the technician his number was no longer in service!!!!! Today I came across the invoice which was in 2019, thought I would check to see if they were still in business. Name on invoice is Junior Appliances Services with the head office number located in Edmonton.

Regret ever calling this company. Grossly Overcharged...$40 in parts and they charged me $350 plus tax to replace a dishwasher part. Dishwasher still doesn't work- This process started in July and they keep making excuses that they are waiting for a part. It is now September- When I call, the woman answering the phone says the 'manager' will call you back. (He doesn't) Then she lies and and says he called you. Now they won't answer the phone at all. They lie and are incompetent. ********* They are also known as ADR Appliance repair in Edmondon. ******* *** *** ******** ******** Steer clear of this company they are horrible. Zero starts for this company if I could give them a zero.

The company we thought we called for a repair turned out to be Junior Appliance / ADR Home Services. They supposedly replaced a rotor sensor but when we tried to use the washing machine it still did not work. Had them back and told me after paying $440.00 that it now needed a 2 man crew to re-balance the washer. They gave me a quote for $850.00 but said they would apply the $440.00 I paid to the $850.00 repair. We declined and indicated we wanted our money back which *** the technician told us we would get if the repair did not work. ***'s boss phoned the accused me of threatening him by suggesting I would look at alternative ways to get my money back if he refused to honour his man's commitment. The *******, *****, said goodbye and have not heard from them since. I got the company I was trying to call in the first place, Mr. Appliance and the technician tightened a loose wire and the machine now works, He did not notice any new parts and since Junior Appliance did not list a part number he could not see where any part was replaced, Junior Appliance did not leave me my old part so I suspect it was not replaced.
