****** crew came into my home to blow in insulation. They opened the door to my sons room which allowed tons of insulation in it. It was stuck to the walls and in ***** underneath the closed doors to the other bedrooms ( I have a receipt from the housekeeper who came into my home and did a deep clean two days previous) . So much of it was floating in the air that it set off my smoke detector( which they broke hitting the buttons so hard to turn off). I called ***** about this and told him Id be around the next evening for him to come and look at the mess, which he replied that he was too busy; than proceeded to argue with me about what I perceive as his employees mess and told me I must just have a dirty house.The next morning my son woke up with a nose bleed and threw up, even though he didnt sleep in his room which was covered in this safe material . This was a Thursday. The next Tuesday he gets back to me and, once again tells me ** wrong about how his crew left my house, that the smoke detector going off has nothing to do with his work and that my house is dirty. He also told me his employees have recordings of my father talking and yelling at them. ***** came off as a caring, considerate man who was confidant in his product: he left me with hours of laundry ( linens, all my sons clothes, curtains and toys) a mess that I have to clean after paying a cleaning lady days previous to do so and MOSTLY a feeling of violation over his employees recording my family members in the what I thought was the safety of my home. Oh, and his employees sideswiped my neighbors vehicle and denied it. Worst experience from a contractor.I DO NOT recommend this company; dont let his website fool you: hes an unpleasant experience who will try to bully you into his point of view and talk over you.

It is unfortunate that you were disappointed. We value customer service and our customers privacy whole heartedly. We value that our product is chemical free, eco-friendly and does not cause health issues like other types of insulation. I am not going to publicly argue the details of your project however your story is very different from ours. Our process starts with us coming into your home with respect and professionalism; I feel that we were treated unfairly and with disrespect. We complete the job as instructed, using a chemical-free, non-toxin product, and clean up after ourselves once complete. We have never had a complaint about our cleanliness. The only thing I see that went wrong was us not leaving your home once our staff were screamed at for small amounts of insulation falling from the hatch, the detector going off and the supervisor trying to discuss the project. Our supervisor attempted multiple times to discuss this project with professionalism and respect and was either screamed at, cut off and/or disrespected. Investigations are ongoing as to the vehicle incident and fault has yet to be determined. The mirror damage on the vehicle does not match the size or location of our truck.
