I asked **** to come and check my airconditioning last year...**** came by, did a thorough job of checking it outdoors and in and I was pleased with the bill. Had no problems for the rest of the summer and fall. Then in November my furnace would not go on. Once again **** came and did some adjustments and it worked well. On Monday the 22nd of Jan the furnace would not come on again. Once again **** made time to come between appointments to check it out. Since my furnace is more than 18 yrs old, I expected him to say I need a new one, instead he was able to discover I needed a new motor, much cheaper for me and also was able to get the part near my home and instal it before going on to his next appointment. I believe he is very efficient in his work. I appreciate that this company does not try to sell a new conditioner or furnace as I had experienced with other companies. I believe they showed great honestly and integrity. This company was referred to me by others who were pleased with their work as well.

I would do not recommend this company.**** is happy to do the install, they do not want to solve any problems.Had furnace, humidifier and reverse osmosis installed Jan 2020.First problem, installed the vent outside by my bedroom windows. Sounds like a helicopter and cant keep my windows open. Said this was normal, if thats the case a reputable company would not have it placed there. When I called about this, May 2020, the service manager strongly advised me to transfer my warranty to another company. I didnt because installation issues fall to the company not the manufacturer.Second, there was water in the furnace, tried to say this was normal. Company that came and rerouted the piping, water ran out of the pipes. NOT normal. Installation wasnt correct, piping was not supported.When trying to resolve these issues with owner, Direct quote from ***** email : After being in business for 17 years we know when to draw a line. We are all looking for less stress and happy interactions. We have all lost enough time and energy on this ( they didnt do a thing)**** in his email said the labour warranty is long past.. I had to send him copy of my 10 year labour warranty. He would not reply to my emails or send me documentation I asked for.Continuing ***** email I feel that maybe you should have someone else do that work and hopefully it will be up to your standards. Your furnace warranty is transferable if you deal with another company, so there is nothing to worry about there. Another ************** will be happy to help you out Im sure. . So I should have used another company to begin with. Again warranty wont pay for their bad installation.. and they knew that. **** was going to charge to fix their bad job.

We had Otto H & C come to our home twice in the last year. The first time was in 2021 during the heat wave in the summer. Our AC was not functioning (no cool air) and Otto sent someone over right away. The technician was efficient and solved our problem and the price was very reasonable. He did mention how old our unit was in relation to getting parts for it. (i am always surprised how old something is as I always think it is newer) but was in no way trying to "sell" us on a new one. I asked him if he though it needed to be replaced and he replied that it was up to me. He suggested I see how it functions in the 2022 season. I prefer the safe route so we have Otto Heating coming next month to install our new AC for a very reasonable cost. The second time Otto Heating came was a couple of weeks ago to replace a furnace mounted humidifier, Again a job well done. Efficient, friendly and all at a very reasonable cost. ********* and I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any of your Heating and Cooling needs. We all have things that we own and use which need repair and service. If you are like us, you need to feel that you have that particular person or company as your "go to" in the event of anything going wrong. For our heating and cooling needs that "go to" is Otto Heat & Cooling Ltd. Thanks for being there for us!
