      The Brick has to be the worst furniture store in ******. Absolute garbage customer service. You better hope you receive a decent piece of furniture, or you'll be stuck with an expensive POS that you cannot return or even exchange for a lesser POS!

      Disgusting customer service. I ordered a fridge because my stopped working. I was to receive my fridge Wednesday. Did not show. I had to call the company to find out what was going on. They did not call me. Multiple people told me it would arrive the next day and I would receive a message when it was going to arrive. No message. I called the ****** location multiple times and they could not give me any information. I was told that I would receive my delivery charge back and surprise this did not happen. Do not go to these folks. I spent a good dollar on my fridge and I have purchased multiple things through the Brick. I have never had this issue. Shop local is a foolish statement when it comes to this Brick location. I will go out of town the next time I need something.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. We purchased all of our new home appliances through the Brick over a year ago- since it was a new build we secured pricing and told them we'd be in touch closer to possession to pay the balance and arrange delivery. We had ordered *********** Pro Series fridge/ freezer that required a trim kit- we paid our builder to install. The appliances got delivered, but we noticed the trim kit was missing. We call the Brick and it turns out they gave ours to another customer and told us we'd need to either wait several weeks or purchase a new one (which had gone up in price by $200)... we paid the $200 and got a new one since our builder wouldn't give us the home without it. We move in, only to find out our fridge is not working- there is power but it's not cooling. This was 2 weeks ago- we have called the Brick, Electrolux and every person we can think of to either get a replacement or to get the issue fixed. They sent someone to repair it, and he said it needed a new inverter board (which would take 1-2 weeks to order). Then they said they'd give us a new fridge- sent it to the wrong address. They were to send it out today and again the delivery got cancelled. We are beyond frustrated with the whole process, and their complete lack of customer service. We have been without a fridge for 2 weeks, they will not give us a loaner until they can sort things out and we have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service, managers, etc with no resolution. Do not purchase anything from the Brick, as our experience has been a nightmare and we continue to get the run around from all of their employees. They also want us to pay another $600 to have the fridge re- installed with the trim kit (after we already paid to get the faulty fridge installed).

      Additional warranty is SCAM.I purchased 2 piece sofa along with ottoman and had added 5 years warranty in that costing around $180.Last **vember I noticed sofa fabric had fall apart and one of the spring in main piece . Along with ottoman hinges was given trouble and not closing properly.I raise online warranty claims around 10 **vember. ** communication from Brick till I have to call the office about my claim.A week later around 21 December the survey guy came and took pic / video of all of my concerns.After that is done again no communication fro Brick till I call around 31 January. They said they have ordered parts and its coming from overseas so will take time.Surprisingly, I got call from company authorized for repair. The guy on said Brick do not have fabric for my sofa . They only can use generic fabric which will not look good as they will only repair main sofa which has issues.Imagine 2 piece sofa with 2 different fabric in your living room.!!!!So he advised me to call Brick and arrange replacement or refund.I called brick and discussed issues with sales rep. ** resolution I call supervisor they offered one time payment of 150 and I cannot claim anything after accepting that.I chose to fix it.Guy come around Feb 20. Fix my main sofa. He changed whole spring part and replaced it with foam.My 2 sofa have 2 different material.When he finished with main sofa and I asked about Ottoman part.He said he needs to be back with hinges to fix that.I thought he is going to his car and getting that hinges. I went back to work assuming that guy will come back right away and fix ottoman. That guy never showed up back.I waited for week and call bricks about it.They told me the work is finished.Of course there wasnt any signature from owner or any paperwork handed to **** explained the situation to management again on March this time lady told me we are waiting for parts again.Today is April 5 and I havent heard anything from Brick.

      Hi Team I had purchased furniture from The Brick Red Deer and the product which I am complaining about is ***** bed set along with side tables and dresser bar in September 2020. I had bought the 5 year extended warranty which your sales team made me buy saying that if anything happens to my furniture it would be fixed and if brick is unable to fix it it will be replaced. So in 2022 brick had to replace my bed as the bed had manufacture defect. They replaced the bed and delivered and installed the bed at my new address in Edmonton. Now again the bed has cracks and when I contacted Brick Edmonton and red deer both said my warranty is over as I already used it and I should have bought a new warranty. I told them I was never told about buying a new warranty else I would have bought it again. They said we cannot do anything and I have to keep the defective bed unless I want to buy new one. I have tried calling all of them asking to make me speak to manager but they say manager is saying they cannot help. They ask me to call Edmonton and Edmonton asks me to call red deer.Would request you to please look into this as they are asking me to keep the defective product.

      Purchased a Arcade game worked for 1 week called to complain they told me i had to buy the extra warranty its been a year and ahalf of nothing but run arounds they contacted me yesterday to tell me they would give me a instore credit of $615 i paid $900 with the warranty so they basically scammed me i asked them to jus replace the unit and they told me no and there was nothing i could do about it ive been a valued customer for 20 years but now ill never go back there again and ill ever recommend anyone shop there they do not stand by there products all they want to do is swll it and feed u broken promises

      ****** S was a good salesperson and provided quick service. Many clerical errors and not able to locate expensive invoice. Paid extra for installation, delivery and hosing. Receive phone call that they will not complete installation due to hose on tap. Hose was cut in half, but then told that they cannot touch hoses due to liability. Tenants left without laundry facilities. Called location to request assistance and told them it was time sensitive as delivery was on location. Was provided next to no information and said that they would likely call back within a day. Visited the store where the manager had contacted my tenant instead of me, and said that the tenant said that they were ok with it. I am the one who has to fix it, paid for it, and is trying to resolve. I should have been contacted. When expressing this to management, ****** met me with multiple shrugs. Said that they could return once I fix the hose. But otherwise made no reparations, and sited that one out of the 9 tenants is ok with it Terrible customer service once purchase is made.

      Quick to sell but will NOT provide ethical customer service. This has been an awful experience. The Brick ******* is giving me the run around, will not honor the 1 year manufactor warranty. After purchase April 3, 2023 arrangements were made for The Brick to deliver & install in our laundry room. The team of 2 unboxed the appliances & carried them down the stairs & placed them side by side into laundry room ( they are against the walls). Jan 2 when I turned the dryer it made a very loud banging noise, never having heard noise I was alarmed,contacted ******* ****** on Jan 3 explained the concern, thus; creating a ticket number and arranging for a technician. Jan 10 tech assinged and determined that the body is rubbing onto the drum while it is spinning; this pressure is coming from a dent which he found on rear right side. He believes during the install the dryer was dented (as they have been against the wall since daybof install) he moved the drum temporarily so it would be away from the dent but said this is a temporary *********** will come back. After waiting 10 days I did not hear back from ******* so I contacted customer service. I was told a report was never received matter was escalated to a manager & was told they would request the report & call back. Another week went by & I heard nothing I contacted ******* ****** & was told this matter is between *************************** to replace the dryer. A copy of the report was emailed to me as well as the store. I have gone back & forth between The Brick & ******* ****** a total of about 12 times being told by either party that I need to contact the other. February 10 I walked into The Brick & spoke with ******** who sent out an email to ***************** & rest of the management team, I was told I would receive a call back February 19 I walked back into the store for a follow-up & was told that this is in between me & the 3rd party(King & State) which does not make sense as I did not purchase the extended warranty

      not 100% satisfaction or your money back according to their web site we purchased the ADA2BRRCrecliner we have 48 hours as of yesterday I have tried everything towards a resolution and getting nowhere .at this point we will be stuck with a chair that is stuck in open position what we want is a straight exchange for a cheaper chair

      Purchased a bed online Wednesday February 21st. Got a call the next day that they didn't receive my money. Provided proof from the bank that they did, was told they would cancel the sale and refund my money within 48 hours.Wait until Tuesday Feb 27th, follow up, get told the sale is still open and they haven't received any money to refund. Call corporate office and get told that they did have my money. Wait for a callback, told that person to cancel my order. Received the refund the morning of Feb 28th, purchase a bed from another company, and then go back into my banking to see that the brick took the money right back out after refunding it.Follow up with customer support online, get told they did not take the money back out. Once again provide proof that they did. Get a comment that "the transit popped", no further explanation on what that means, I have 13 years banking experience and have never heard anything close to this. Ask for clarification on what that means, get no answer.Have now been calling corporate office for 3 hours, not once has anyone answered the phone. Right from the start it was a terrible experience. And it's somehow gotten even worse. ****************** has provided the absolute minimum service through the online chat, even asked me to change a rating once they found the money. Absolute joke to do that. ****************, *****, ***** should be embarrassed for the service they have provided, and even more embarrassed for the company they work for.
