            We have in last 1-2 years completely carpeted our whole home (over $15,000 charged). On a weekly basis for the past 12 months and even longer we have complained as the carpet purchased was to be very high end, durable, flawless carpet with 35 year warranty. The business has already re carpeted our main floor due to quality issues by manufacturer and the carpet continues to have the same wearing issues. I am exhausted hounding this company for the customer services and product that we were sold on. $15,572.80 is what we have spent to carpet out home and it has been a nightmare. They keep saying they will re carpet but this is not a feasible solution anymore.
