      Very poor communication with their technicians and office staff. Over charging customers. Dont fix things properly. If they find another issue and have to order parts in anything that they were working on gets put off till ordered parts arrive even though it has nothing to do with the work they are doing. Hand out incomplete paperwork. And wont give you any evidence of parts they say were bad. CHECK YOUR INVOICES AS THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THINGS I DIDNT GET. Very bad experience and I spent a lot of money there.

      I have repeatedly tried to explain to this customer that parts were back ordered and he was not put off , he refused to wait any longer and picked his truck up unfinished. Than wanted an insurance inspection filled out to pass when I could not pass it due to deck lights and tail lights not functioning properly. I also have kept all his old parts in case he requested which he has not picked up . I even went so far as to credit him almost $2000.00 for the parts and labour for the deck wiring and lights that we performed and installed on his truck to accommodate him for delays and any communication he felt was insufficient. This was still not good enough . This review is misleading

      So to start from the beginning when I had first got the list of things that were found during the inspection the only thing that I had said not to do was the transmission leak as its under warranty. I got a quote and had said to go ahead with it all except the transmission I then asked how long it was going to be and I was told a day maybe a day and a half. This was on Monday. Tuesday I get a message that the turbo had a leak and was asked if I wanted it replaced I had said yes and again asked for a price. I was given a price and was told that it was going to be a few day to get it in. This was the only thing that I was told was on back order. So with that being said everything else should have been done except the turbo before my truck was put aside to wait on parts but it wasnt. I wait a few days and called back to check in on my truck as it is now Friday just to be told that it isnt even booked to go back into the shop until Tuesday/ Wednesday the next week. I had informed them that I had needed it to be done Monday and asked why it was going to take longer and the response was that they were booked up and could only get it in Monday if there was a cancellation. Come Monday I called to see if I could come get some stuff as I had to go to work that night. I was then informed that there was a cancellation and they could get it in that afternoon. I had asked if it would be done by Monday night and was told either Monday night or Tuesday by around noon. So since I was told it would be ready Tuesday around noon I had made arrangements with my bank so I could pay for the bill. With that amount being spent it isnt quick and easy to do that. I had called around 130 to get an update and was told that the technician was just going to get a hose for the turbo and that it would be about 45 minutes to install. 330 i check in again and was told that they were now waiting on lights for my deck and that it was going to be a day or two and wanted to know if I wanted to wait or to get the wires tied up the best that they could as they knew that I needed my truck for work. I told them that as long as my tail lights brake lights and signals worked and were good that was fine and Id finish putting on the deck marker lights and that my wife was on her way to get it. So ya I pulled it out of there because I kept getting the run around on to when it would be done. In my opinion it should have been done Monday as a turbo doesnt take that long to replace but because they didnt do anything else that there were supposed to do things took even longer. There were things on my quote that never got done. They sent my truck out the door without making sure my lights were good to go. Didnt put my front hub cap on properly and it has fallen off somewhere so now I got to replace that. Then on my inspection report they said that my struts were bad but that was the first time I had heard anything about that. They also didnt do my shocks and that was on my original quote. I got credited for work that wasnt done or notified about. That is the only thing that this place has done that is right. I had asked for parts with no response about it and just gave up. I honestly feel like they were giving me the runaround and that I was put onto the back burner. If anything they were being misleading and not being honest with me. Like why would I get new leaf springs and not want new shocks if they were bad makes no sense. I have pictures of the junction box that they installed and not one but in there was tight and a few had fell off and I had to get new ones. I also had to replace the clamp on the turbo because it kept blowing off. The technician should have noticed that with the clamp as tight as possible it was still loose after all I did.
