      This company is a disservice to love ones who try to stay connected to incarcerated family members. Their system is too sensitive and filled with algorithms that challenges communication with the people you love on the inside. And they don't care. Reviewed a call and did not detect any reason for it to disconnect. Possibility excuse provided for dropped calls is maybe your fan or TV is too loud or sometimes it's a voice in the background. Either way there's nothing that can be done. They pride themselves in letting you know you weren't billed for anything extra. But fail to show empathy when what is supposed to be a 15 minute call with a loved one turns into a 93 second call that disconnects due to alleged third party activity. My fan! And that inmate has to wait until their next opportunity to speak to their loved ones, kids, spouses, parents etc. This phone service is a joke that likes to bill you $0.11 per minute, drop your calls so that additional calls would need to be placed.

      Employees have no idea how to use their own website. It took me an hour and a half, 4 phone calls, numerous long holds and my own thorough investigation of the website to figure out the reason why i couldn't use the request contact or set up a visit. I had old contact requests from the person currently incarcerated that were declined because he got out of jail before we had a chance to use the service. After an over 6 minute hold, NCIC rep told me I couldn't make an appointment because my picture and driver's license were declined. This was 100% false. Then when I added my card info to add money to the phone/chat account, hit the proceed button, I got a red box saying "server error". I hit proceed again and get the same box which now says something about a "duplicate transaction". So which one is it? I had to call back. This rep says only one went through and they were updating whatever. She acted as if my concern was unnecessary. Yeah, no problem, trick me into getting multiple charges on my cars. In the end, when I found the contact request denial, I had to call back. The 3rd rep tells me only the jail can change that. Unreal. The first rep should have seen that an hour ago. When I called the jail, the officer had it fixed before I ended our call. ZERO STARS. NCIC needs to do better training.

      I have been trying to get a refund from this company for a few months. I call them regularly and receive a different response each time. At first I was getting my refund back on my credit card in 20 minutes, next time I called they said they did not have my name and address to mail a refund check to. Next time it was going to be expedited and I would receive a check in 4 weeks. The last time I was told it would be 90 working days to receive a check. The people I talk to are extremely unprofessional and very deceptive. NCIC is an inmate messaging service contracted out by the state and needs to be investigated. I recommend everyone not to use their services.

      This company is stealing money from me and I am sick of it! Investigations need to be done. I have filed over 4 complaints in the last 3 months, over $30 they say they are going to refund me and never do. We work hard to put money on the account, so that we can talk to our loved one, and the money disappears! There was $5 left on an inmates account, so I added $20, within seconds the balance went to $21. When did 20+5=21? The time before that I put $15 on it. After one 15 minute phone call $8 went missing. I filed a complaint, they said I would be refunded. 2 months later, I STILL haven’t seen a refund! Now reading the other reviews I see that this company is a complete scam. They need to be investigated! They should be the ones in prison, as they are STEALING money from family’s who work hard for their money, to be able to talk to their loved ones!

      I have my boyfriend who is ******* ****** **** in Georgia. Everytime we have a visit it's either we're not getting our full 30 minutes and it cut off before the full amount I paid for is fullfilled or the jail will not send the inmate to visitation and I have now lost my 11.97 several times. I have called the jail on many occasions to get my money back or get my time I paid for but they never seem to answer or they say you have to contact NCIC i gues or ********** not sure. I called both several times and cannot get through. So I had to dispute my charges with my bank due to not getting the video visits nor times I have paid for. I pay for 30 mins of time and on several occasionsto get only 15 minutes. So I tried to put money on my family account and NCIC restricts it due to the disputes. I would've had to dispute these charges if you all would've refunded me or answer your phones. Now his account is restricted and cannot accept credit card or debit purchases on his account so now you have to do only cash. No one has the time to keep going to jail, and I drive too far to do this along with others who want to put money on his account. This need to be fix. His account needs to off restriction and they need to fix the issue of getting people the service they paid for.

      This company has been robbing me blind when i reopened the account in January of this year. The first invoice Email showed no payment deposit as well the Email showed a April of 2020 account. NCIC refused and refusing to acknowledge my complaints as well refund me my 15.00 dollars in total.

      If I could leave my review with zero stars I would. I paid for video visit that I didn't not get! When I called I was very rudely told that was a different department and I needed to call them. After three days of calling and being told to call somebody else and that my message would be passed along to the proper department and I would get a call back( which I never got a call back from anybody). I was finally given a number for the department that supposed to handle video visit but yet again I was told nobody could help me and my information information would be passed ** the next person. THAT WAS LAST THURSDAY AND STILL NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK AND MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED! I paid for video visit that I didn't get because of an error of the company's end not mine. Nobody is in a rush or even cares to fix the issue because the company didn't lose money I DID! It didn't take a week for them to take my money so why is it taking so long to fix an error they are responsible for! This company is a rip off and the customer service is horrible! NEVER in my life have I called and requested a manager and was told we don't have managers NEVER in my life I called and asked for a corporate number and was given a call center number and at that point I was transferred to a supervisor that that ive been being told didn't exist just for that poor excuse of a supervisor to tell me the company doesn't have a corporate headquarters and yet again my issue was not fix I was sent in the same circle and told to call some please because she couldn't help.
