              Thus phone system is a joke! Dropped calls on calls then NCIC says its the inmate hanging up, when that's not the case this company is robbing people in a vunable situation. I think that's against the law I'm going to not only blame NCIC but ******************** NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED FOR VIOLATION OF INMATES RIGHTS THE **** CANT EVEN ANSWER THIER PHONES. I CALLED FROM 7 AM TILL 10 AM ON 11-03-2023 FINALLY GAVE UP THEY DONT CARE MADE COMMENT ABOUT MY SON, STATING, HE PUT HIM SELF IN ****... THATS AREALIVENT WHERES HE'S AT AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BEING ABLE TO CUMMUNICATE WITH FAMILY!! THATS HIS RIGHT TO BE ABLE TO TALK ON THE PHONE. THEY TOOK THE MONEY ????

              I have been trying to get a refund from this company for a few months. I call them regularly and receive a different response each time. At first I was getting my refund back on my credit card in 20 minutes, next time I called they said they did not have my name and address to mail a refund check to. Next time it was going to be expedited and I would receive a check in 4 weeks. The last time I was told it would be 90 working days to receive a check. The people I talk to are extremely unprofessional and very deceptive. NCIC is an inmate messaging service contracted out by the state and needs to be investigated. I recommend everyone not to use their services.
