The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

I received a letter from GMC stating there is a recall on the passenger airbag...I brought it to Hall Buick GMC Tyler and an associate told me if they Crack my dashboard removing the air bag GMC will not cover the dashboard. I think that is unjust and unfair it's not my fault there's a faulty airbag and I believe if they damage my dashboard they should be responsible for it.

Took vehicle to get damage done by hwy 155 from rock debris flying every where from other vehicles.. Well.. Collision center at Hall Buick had kept my encore for about a month . Then going back for several times getting issues FIXED and in the process that them then more ISSUES was noticed from damage done by the Buick Hall collision center . Well so ooooooooo issues not resolving having my insurance tell NEVER to return to them. I had to take my Encore to ******************* collision center. And Moose Auto to fix my moon roof from them BREAKING IT.. Well cause of damages from Hall Buick collision is around 5 thousand to fix their issues of damages done by *** and the collision center Buick Hall *** by asking the corporate management from ******************* saying that he is not going to fix their mistakes is an insult on customer service and a very bad customer disloyal action.. They should be held liable to fix what they have broken. Paying almost 11 thousand $$$ to fix my Encore in their care while damages done. It should not be this screwed up and incompetent workers at The Collision center at Buick Hall!! I'm seeking justification to fix my Encore properly without making another claim on my insurance.. Thank *******

I'm seeking punitive damages done by ******************* and Buick Hall collision for having several panic attacks, stress and anxiety and now taking meds. This is not good for my heart or working under these conditions. From neglecting improper work ethics of fixing my Encore correctly and having to go back several times for them not installing equipment back properly. Broken parts, locks not working, sensors not working paint has been bigger off, Moon roof broken, debris painted over so now I have bumbs under paint, **** has paint runs going down it, side panel is bulging out front bumper is popping out. IMPROPER INSTALLMENTS!! Headlight assemblies are defective.. They are cracking and foggy, broken back roof racks are not put on correctly so they rattle. They are refusing to fix their own damages done by the Buick Hall collision center has done!! Im now talking to corporation of GMC and reporting Buick Hall for punitive damages from Buick Hall for mistreating and belittling and improper ***************** ********************** Hall needs to take responsibility for their actions for damages and putting my health at risk from stress and anxiety.. A customer should not have to go through this if it is their mistakes.
