Bought a brand new travel trailer, paid thousands in hidden fees that they don't tell you about until you've already agreed on a different price and are signing paperwork. Sales team treated me like a kid and made me feel like they were constantly trying to take advantage of me thinking I was naive. But unfortunately they were the only ones with the trailer i wanted anywhere close to me. Get home and the trailer won't hold water in the tank. Took me two separate trips to the dealer and over an hour of arguing to convince them it was something they needed to fix. In the end they fixed it for me but left it the same way it was originally, which was the drain touching the axle meaning it would eventually break again. Stupid design on the manufacturers part, but they refused to do anything to prevent it so I had to do it myself. I had never had the chance to use this thing at all at this point. Brand new trailer. I will never step foot at this place again and won't let anyone I know make the same mistake.

The hinges on the bed lift are the same cheap door hinges they use on interior doors, and only two installed on the bed plywood! Had several problems with them coming loose! I finally replaced the cheap hinges with a 56 piano hinge! Works great! Never had a problem since then! The Forest River manufacturer should consider using piano hinges on their bed lift! Itll never come loose! Please recommend to manufacturer. Besides that, we are happy with the travel trailer we purchased from them.

They are very good at selling you a RV, just hope you never need service for waranty or anything. The absolute worst service experience on anything I have ever bought.

I found the ** I was searching for here and was able to get what I considered a good price based on many other prices across the nation on this particular model. After agreeing to price, the purchase agreement added a $1999.99 fee for dealer prep. The explanantion was a mandatory fee to check out the unit to ensure everything performed as it should and to wash it for the customer. After some to and froing, they removed the fee. The day of pick up was scheduled for a month out, and on the day of arrival, I was messaged a video and told service **** would go over the unit with me. The service **** said that is what the video was for. They didnt go over anything. I told them of some issues I noticed and they said we will order the parts and ship them to you. One of these was the 4 camera feature which I was happy to have while towing, however it wasnt working either. The parts showed up missing parts, no communication is evident and they do not warranty anything and apparently do not offer support or service. 100 miles from the dealership I had a flat tire and after taking to a tire repair shop, it was evident the new tire had been plugged! What a fiasco! The dealer nor the manufacturer claims responsibility yet it was a new unit with new tires straight from the lot! Overall happy with the unit and I will end up making the minor repairs and adjustments myself once I figure out who to speak to with the manufacturer? It will not be because I was given any support nor information from these guys! Save yourself some headache and go to a dealership that at least pretends to care for your satisfaction.
