              A representative came to my door about 5 minutes ago. I told him that I only pay online. He said that would be okay and I asked if still through consumers energy and he said yes. I thought this was weird so I asked for a card so I could check it out. He said the only card he had was his badge so I said no thank you. Then I looked it up and it is a scam so I passed the information onto my neighbors. These representatives should be stopped.

              This company shows up at your door and misrepresents themselves as your utility company. They then ask you to sign a document that will lower your gas bill as part of the company you are already with. This is a SCAM - something should be done about this.

              They came to my house around close to 3pm, yesterday. Not interested. They pretend to be with DTE. Don't sign anything. Next thing you know you're no longer with the same gas company. It's a SCAM.

              A person came to my house claim they were a part of DTE and they could reduce my rate. I signed paperwork with the understanding that is was with DTE. I received a letter that I signed a contract with the company. This was done under false pretenses. It states that I will have a variable rate after a certain amount of time.

              Two young gentleman showed up to my house claiming they worked directly with DTE and they needed to follow up on my gas meter. Stating I may be overcharged. This was a lie. They proceeded to claim that this was to ensure that DTE was not overcharging me. Again a lie. Shame on your company for acting the way they do. Your company should have their LLC revoked. You took down my information and forced me into a contract under false pretenses. This better get resolved and my gas better be switched back to DTE.

              I had an Ardent rep come to my house an hour ago and ask to see my DTE bill. They then said I would get a lower rate. I only notice the company because the name was on the form after I signed it and gave it back. I read other reviews that this was to switch service. I dont want to switch suppliers. If I get switched I will file legal action. Please do not switch my supplier!!

              It was great for the 3 months and they do as they say but what they don't explain is that they are going to charge a supplier fee that is nearly twice the cost of the regular fee and you still have to pay the regular fee on top of the supplier fee. I should have only owed like 120 and was being charged nearly $400.
