Everything started out Great! I felt as if I found a law firm that really cares for me. I was injured as a pedestrian during a hit and run accident. When I first made the inquiry to see if they would be willing to help me out, they explained not to worry, that I was in good hands. I really felt that way when a ************* package was sent to my home shortly after accepting. 3 months into my case things have changed dramatically! My case manager wont answer my phone calls. *** called the law firm with my grievances, but no one seems to care. Im becoming very discouraged now that I feel like I no longer matter at the law firm. I wish my questions would be answered, I wish someone would tell me who my attorney is, whats the status of my case, where its headed? Im becoming scared wondering if this law firm really has my back.Review from Christin S

Mike Morse Injury Law Firm did an amazing on my case and they are the firm I highly recommend to everyone who would need their assistance. They were very friendly and kind to me. I felt like I belonged there and a part of their law firm family as their client. I would recommend them and utilize their services again! My attorney and her team were awesome to work with as well! If there was a zero button that is what I would rate my experience with **** himself and his law firm. They cared when it was very lucrative for them. I personally am still out thousands of dollars that was promised when they told me to sign the settlement paperwork. They are a turn and burn law firm and it shows. My case should have been taken to court but they talked me out of that. **** personally told me to my face that my settlement was good and the rest should not matter. Well ****, like I told you if I owed you money you would have sued me. I have never worked again and am still undergoing surgeries as of 3/30/23 from injuries sustained from my accident. I had faith in one attorney that was working for him that was still pursuing getting the rest of the settlement that is owed to me. Unfortunately for me but fortunate for him he no longer works for this wolf in sheep clothing law firm. ***************************** you should be ashamed of yourself.Review from Sudie H

Professional, concise, compassionate Eric Simpson, Louis Melfi, and staff fought the good fight with the insurance co. which allowed me to concentrate on my recovery that still is a process that I’m working on. I have much respect for their intelligence. I feel so fortunate to have had them on my case, as I could not have accomplished what they did, not even close. Professional,concise,compassionate Eric Simpson, Louis Melfi, and supporting staff are the BEST! They took care of all the confusion that the insurance co. threw at them allowing me to concentrate on recovery. I could not have done what they did, not even close.
