Great experience with Sir Williams Gardens - they put in a french drain and dry well and a channel drain for us as our *********** flooding. They responded very quickly to our initial inquiry and provided a lot of information during the entire process and the work process was smooth and professional. Would highly recommend them.As some others have said - their services are on the pricier side - but for the value of the service and lack of hassle it was definitely worth it! I am confident that we won't need to have the work re-done and that it was a solid investment for our home.In terms of 'proof' of how well it is working - we just had massive rains/storming a few days ago and the system held up great. Lastly, upon close out - they provided a number of key recommendations for maintenance. To repeat - would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance!Review from Ron L

had ************************ come to my home cause I had standing water in my yard and a leaky basement.and after talking to FSM and several other companies about the problem, none of them seem to have the knowledge that Mr. **** and his crew had. He was very professional and super knowledgeable, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They did a phenomenal job, were super nice, worked efficiently, and cleaned up very well. They installed hydroway French drain system that took care of the problem, they sealed cracks in basement walls and did a great job water proofing inside and out. I'm now nice and dry. I highly recommend giving them a call.Review from Susan S

Very poor service and work. I have never written a review but, hopefully, others will stay away from him as it relates to drainage. We spent about $20,000 and our yard is worse than it ever was. He hired two kids, was rarely here to supervise them and when he wasn't they stood around. *************** backed up a bobcat into our brick home while **** was not around. Do not hire this company.

This was a large job, and some of my employees are ***** years old, none are kids. I am usually on the project site along with my *******. I was there most of the time and I was there everyday. Perhaps they did not see me, but I am always at the site every day. We install 2 dry creeks in the front yard, installed a French drain along the front yard and cleared a plugged culvert and storm basin that had rocks inside. The clients were happy with the work. We also removed a yard shad in the rear yard but the client did not want the cement slab removed which water cant pass. I personally installed *********************** the rear yard to improve the grade so water can roll off, but the client did refuse the last ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************** the spring if they seen a need for additional top soil. They also decided to not have downspout drain tile Installed that I also advised them to install solid drain pipe to their downspouts in the rear of the home so water could be guide to the front street, not the rear yard. I did supervise all of my employee most of the time and I have a ******* on the project site at all times. Yes, we did have a slight accident with a small Dingo, that accidentally touch their home, but the home owner seen it was a very small area and I offered to repair it. The husband said it was no problem.
