I been trying to get a refund on my service for two weeks now. The Indian representative that I keep speaking always tells me its Going ***** for billing to process my refund. Which I know isnt true because an Agent going by the name of ******** reached out saying my paperwork has been drawn up. Why is that the case when I have been demanding a refund for 2 weeks going on week 3. This business is withholding my refund deliberately. This business lacks the customer service skills and professionalism a proper business needs. Take your business else where.Review from Sam B

They do not respond, answer the phone and the online chat says someone will get back to you. We have been waiting over 6 months for our documents and the once in a blue response we get is always working on it thats it! I would highly recommend saying away from using them as there are other companies or even your accountant. Worse mistake Ive made by using them. Ive emailed - **** and ******* for months with no headway AT ALL and our business is sitting due to the lack of support in providing the docs we need to proceed.Review from Austen T

******************** does not know how to file an S-corporation. They did not mention and provide me with a **** form to file to allow my corporation to be elected as an S-corporation. They almost cost me a penalty of $1500. I learned through my tax lady that the **** form was missing. She was able to submit the form, but with financial cost.Also, I have contacted ******* numerous times regarding the incompetence that he and ******* provided to me. I never received a response or acknowledgment through email. I contacted them through the phone probably ten times. Numerous times, I was placed on hold and then hung up on. After the attempted phone calls, I finally received a response from my email. They simply stated that we did give you this **** form and you were supposed to fill this out.I was never given the **** form from Direct Incorporated. STAY AWAY FROM ********************. ******* AND ******* WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. THEY RUIN START UP BUSINESSES. I simply asked for a refund, as they did not create an S-Corporation for me. This company is a complete fraud. I was charged $247.00 on April 12th for filing an Annual Report. On April 13th, I canceled the order as soon as I found out that I went to their webpage in error. I have correspondence stating that a credit would be issued to my *********** account. I have yet to receive a credit. All I've gotten from this company is the run around with multiple phone numbers that are just for leaving a message.Today, July 22, 2022 I called the phone number that the BBB had listed. I called that number and someone named ******* actually answered. I told her the name of my Company and the reason for my call. She asked me to hold on, then the call was disconnected.I called back, no one answered. I left a message that I was contacting the BBB and the **************** *********** and said I will not give up until this matter has been resolved.
