01/2023 Worst experience of our lives & not over yet. Contract signed & $15,000 down payment September 2021. ***, salesman, assured a top-quality construction crew & wed be enjoying our room by Memorial Day 2022. NOPE. ****, construction project manager never around, no communication, no show/no call & only show up for a check. Large sums due at certain steps of project. Incompetent crew would show up for a couple of hours, do a few things to get project to point of receiving next payment. September 2022 **** showed for last large check, assured us our project would be done by October. We joked about losing leverage with last large payment. Entire project not one thing done has been done correct first try: from deck on up. Crews have been incompetent from construction to overpriced electrician they sent out without our input & who we fired & paid our own guy to finish, to the terrible rude drywall installer (***** brother). Outside our room is only 50% done & part of that is not done correct; crooked siding; treks-porch & steps not flushed, only two of five gutters up & leak & underground drainage not even started. Inside of room we are still waiting for the moldings, trim work, & knee wall top to be mounted (we have it all painted and ready to go). Contacted **** several times to no avail. Plus, interior damage they caused still to be repaired by them. Outside will be a fight with them in the spring. Believe our $58,000 went to complete the client before us, who Im sure was speaking with lawyers as we are. Bottom line, dont do it. Our joy of a beautiful addition is now a sad, frustration we live with every day. Not to mention we are a laughingstock of everyone we know. Run!

AS OF MAY 2023, FOUR SEASONS HAS COMPLETED OUR PROJECT TO OUR 100% SATISFACTION. OUR NEW ROOM IS PERFECT. IT IS THE OASIS WE WANTED. THANK YOU, FOUR SEASONS.

**Update June 2, 2022**
“ Our issues with four seasons sunrooms has been rectified
Paid 10.000$ in may of ********************************************************* October **** came over and took some measurements ***************** assured me and my wife that his guys wouldnt work in the rain but would in the snow no contact in November got a letter in December no contact in January we decided by the end of February with 2 of our kids getting married and the long delay that we would cancel our project *** agreed to give us our money back minus what he spent on permits and engineering for a lam beam that came to 3000$ which seemed kind of steep we signed paper work agreeing and were told it would take 2-3 weeks to receive the refund from corporate that was in March as of this review it is now may 25 2022 and as of yesterday with ***************** personal guarantee that we would have the money on Tuesday may 24 which didnt happen surprise I will be in touch with my attorney DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING unless you like to be misled and lied to on a regular basis

We apologize for the delay in getting your cancellation deposit refunded to you. We do not accept cancellations on our Sunroom projects as is stated in the contract that you signed last year. We had agreed to allow your cancellation but let you know it would take several weeks to process. Your Sunroom had already begun manufacturing and there was administrative steps to stop the manufacturing. Unfortunately, delays are going on in every business across the country and we are doing the best we can to service all of our customers. Due to the delay in getting you refunded, we have absorbed all costs already invested in your project along with all administrative costs. We hoped this would allievate some of your frustration. Your cancellation was received over the holiday weekend and your check was sent by overnight ***** to you. We wish you luck with both your family weddings and if there is anything at all we can do for you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
