    I requested the delivery of dispensing water cooler plus 5 gallon spring water. I was told the delivery date of Friday, September 8, 2023. I asked that I receive a phone call in advance of the delivery and was told I would be called an hour in advance of the delivery. I was told to call Thursday, September 7 after 3:30 pm. I called Thursday and was told to call back Friday morning. I called Friday morning and was told I would receive a call back with the time. At about 10:20 am I called again and was told the manager would call me back. About 12:15pm I received a call that delivery would be made between 2 and 5 pm. I asked that the instructions to call me an hour ahead of the delivery and was reassured that I would receive a phone call. I called around 3:15 as I had not received a call and I was told I would get a phone call. I was running errands and was finishing up my move to *******, **. I arrived home at 3:20 and there on my 2nd floor landing at my apartment door was the boxed cooler and 3 five gallon bottles of spring water. I called Absopure ************ and was told to install it myself. I am 71 years old and was told to move these heavy items. I told the representative I didnt appreciate the lack of the hour in advance phone call and I no longer wished to have the service. I told them to dispatch someone to pick up the cooler and the 3 five gallon bottles. I advised I did not expect to be charged. I was reassured I would not be charged and the system would be picked up Monday. Monday is here and it is the end of the business day and no one has stopped to pick it up. I have made two phone calls and was reassured the system would be picked up today and the drivers will definitely show up. It is 6:53 pm, no one has arrived.

    This is the worst customer ********************** Ive experienced in a long time. I sent an order through ****** to rent a machine and three jugs of spring water. I received no call. After two weeks I called (9/20/23) myself to see where the order was at, people get behind I get it. The woman on the phone tried to make me feel like the lack of communication was my fault and the ****** order on 9/7/23 didnt really count. She sets up a delivery for the following Friday. No one shows. I set aside my entire day to be available for this delivery. Not a call, nothing. I call Monday and they promise it will be out the following Friday, today (9/29/23). The delivery driver was so nice and I had hope that the prior situations werent going to be my entire experience. I tell him to leave the cooler in the kitchen and I will set it up. I plug it in and notice that all the switches are already set to on. I open the first jug of water and go to put it in the cooler and I notice hard water stains all over it. There was dirt and grime in the cooler compartment. The water tray was covered in crud and the door to the water compartment was sticky and covered in crud as well. By this time the machine had been filling for about 30 seconds. I call and complain and no one seems to be surprised by situation. She offers to replace the machine so I go to drain the little bit of water that was in it and in the glass is literal debris. Im so disgusted at this point I call to cancel the entire thing. Im waiting on a call back still for them to schedule a pick up and something tells me this wont go smooth either. I wish I could post the pictures I took. Its like they picked up the cooler from one customer and brought it right to my house. Didnt even bother to switch it off in between.
