Where to begin.... We bought a ****** Rogue here and paid for a platinum package, every single time we try to get it fixed here they deny us. This entire dealership is a scam... Shocking I know , a used car dealership literally robbing people who would have thought... Needless to say my lawyers will be in touch. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!! Go spend your hard earned money on a business that cares about its customers and the service they provide!

never buy an extended warranty from the michael bates i bought the best gm warranty you could get paid $3500 for it and the one time i went to use it they said the part wasnt covered because the weather caused my turbo to go bad. the gm warranty rep said it was on the ******************************** well they didnt give me that contratonly one sheet. so i had know idea about the fine print or i wouldnt have bought the warranty or maybe even the car watch out for this place they are all about the money and not about the people so now iam stuck with a warranty i can only use in the spring summer and fall i will never buy another car from them again and iam sure they dont care .

This place is full of smooth brained technicians and managers. They had my car for over a month and repeatedly lied about what was being done to resolve my leak. They did not touch my car for almost a month then lied and said I was told that no one would be able to look at it (why would I drop it off if you werent going to look at it for almost a month?) They would promise to call and give updates which never happened and God forbid the desk lady not be there because they would always say shell call you back in 20 minutes which would never happen. The only thing these people ruled out the entire time my car was there was that the leak WAS NOT from the windshield, I was told they found a leak in the frame and I could pick it up after they made sure the patch was good and they would call me (never happened shocker) only to call a few days later and have them tell me it in fact was my windshield. I had been in contact with the dealership association as I had a running list of problems with not getting updates and just over all terrible customer service (****** is under qualified to be a manager and so is Leamber) and I was told I would not have to pay a thing but after talking on the phone with ****** after the windshield was determined to be the problem she said because the windshield sealing is an outside company I would have to pay $160. So I paid it when going to pick it up (not to mention ****** snatched my keys after the technician set them down near me as if I was going to make a run for it? And then had my car blocked in as she stood arms crossed lookin like she just rolled out of bed) Basically just never get a service done here, I think they all share one brain cell and after being patient for so long I now have no kind words to say about the creatures that work at Michael Bates ***** in Woodhaven.
