Advertising Review

Moran Chevrolet advertised several lease deals in a local newspaper but neglected to state whether or not a security deposit is due, as required by Regulation M of the Truth in Lending Act. BBB sent a letter on 5/30/2013, requesting that future ads be revised to comply with TILA.   Moran Chevrolet responded that their June 2nd ad would be revised and in compliance with TILA.
