They told me one price for the car and by the time the paperwork was done it was ******** more. Also said I had a super warranty until I left with the car and called back for the warranty papers. There was NO warranty. Lying salesman. My first car experience and it was a disaster. I sent letters to the owner and have never heard a word. NEVER buy a car from any Feldman dealership. ****************

This dealership is THE worst. At oil change appointment they told me I had a radiator leak on my leased Blazer. I did not smell or see anything when they tried to show me. I did not trust them. Took it to a GM engineer to look at and there was no leak. Another ***** dealership confirmed there was no leak. I had a recall on my car and they were able to get me in when the dealer I switched to couldnt. I thought it would be ok just for a recall. On my way out, service guy said hed also have the radiator problem fixed. I told him I only wanted the recall issue fixed and to leave the radiator alone since there was no leak. When I came to pick up my car, he gave me my paperwork and said, youre all set, and I walked out. Then noticed my receipt said, customer reports sweet, burning smell. Check and advise. I did not make this statement and there was NO smell. Paperwork showed they had replaced the radiator. Service guy never asked for my permission, nor did he even tell me that they had done that until I went back and asked. Totally felt scammed. It was a messy job and they did not clean up under my hood, there is a small part they never put back and its been leaking fluid ever since this happened. When I sent the service guy a message, he never even returned it. I dont know how this place is still in business.

Bought my used 2021 vehicle from here. Not even 6 months I started having issues with the transmission. I have taken it in too the shop for the same issue at least 3 times. Now they're telling me the issue isn't covered under warranty and it will cost me **** dollars. When the same issue was covered under warranty The second time.The service team was nice. But this is very disheartening to say the least. I'm not completely sure if the service team even know the issue or know how to fix it.. I've been without my truck for 2 weeks now.I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM HERE!!! And make sure I tell others not to come here as well

They sold me a car with a window that is going to fall out and has not been detailed. It has stains threw the clear coat that they won't fix

Disappointment to the **** My vehicle was in their possesion for over 6 months! With my 10,000$ ext warranty that wasnt covering anything! No contact! I had to call them! They took my vehicle to a different dealership, which whom does not even work with extended warranties! My vehicle was abandoned! Almost towed out of their lot, due to no communication from Feldman! It was a day away from being towed out of their lot when I contacted them! I am amazed how a company can just pass the buck onto the next! Which is what happened! My vehicle had gone to 4 different Feldman! And when I got it back!! The problem for which it was taken in for, was still not fixed! And cost me another 1800$ How companies remain open without any integrity? Boggles me!!

It feels like this dealership pulled a classic bait and switch on me. I found a specific new car that I wanted at this dealership and called them and found out it was available. So a day or two later I make the hour drive out there but confirmed with the salesman that it was available right before I left and she said it was. The car was in transit and I needed to make a deposit and have my trade in evaluated.So I show up and she starts asking me if Id be interested in other colors and I asked her if something happened to the car I wanted. She eventually admits that it was sold and keeps showing me similar cars and I said no to all of them. I wanted the car that I drove out here for and was told twice that it was available. She then tells me to hold on and goes to make some calls or something and after a little bit she comes and tells me that she was able to get the customer with a deposit on the car I wanted to switch to a different colored one. I made my deposit and left.Fast forward two weeks and I get the call that my car came in. Right away I notice that the vin number is different and it turns out that I somehow wound up getting one of the similar cars that I said I didnt want. Im out of options at this point so I go to check it out and this dealership did a terrible job prepping this car. She sent me a picture of it being washed and in the picture you can see the ground is dry around the car and theyre handwashing it. They didnt ********** the car down before they starting scrubbing it. The paint and plastic are full of scratches. The dealer also installed black bowties and they left the adhesive on the car and put the rear one over it. The trim around the front emblem is gouged too.I didnt buy the car because of this, but now the 2023 model year no longer comes in the color I want, is more expensive and will take months to arrive. My trade in will likely be worth less by then too. I also wasted a lot of my time and gas money driving out there.

Bought a truck in spring 2022. I was to receive a safe for console install. It was on order and did arrive. **** in sale told me he would send it to me and Id have local ***** install. I was 1.5 hrs away. I called several times. No return call. I would like my safe mailed to me as promised Thanks

I think this company needs a training class in ethics , the process was going well found a suv with features and mileage I was interested in for our family , at the test drive the odometer was ********************************************************************************* price to reflect the additional **** miles was told there would be no adjustment ,also the second key fob was never found the salesperson offered to purchase out of their own pocket which that isnt even right , that key fob is 300 after programmed , so I will have to eat the additional **** miles and a spare key FOB , so word to the wise record watch out for this company , its sad , where are the companies that put the customer first ,that put families first ?
