              I purchased a car from this location and it has given me nothing but problems. I have tried to express my concerns with the employees here and the guy, ****** that sold me the car and they keep brushing me off about it. Now my transmission is out again and they told me nothing was wrong with my car and gave it back and told me to come back when something happens. They told me I cant borrow a car or use one I have to wait till mines is done. I tried to turn the car in and they are still brushing me off. I am running out of Options and Patience with this dealership. Please help me.

              Unbelievably incompetent, unprofessional, and hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any business. Five weeks for a $6,000 (which was mercifully covered by our service warranty) repair only for a new problem to occur hours after picking it up. All of this because they didn't look into the issue I originally brought the car in for. The car completely broke down TWO days after I brought it in and was assured everything was fine and there was no concerning sound they could hear. I'm still shaken after this who ordeal.

              This customer brought the car in for a "check engine light" with a code to fix the **** So we preformed the *** download repair, cleared the codes, road tested the vehicle, all was good and fixed so we released the vehicle. 2 days later the oil pump failed and was towed back in to be fixed. The customers EZ Care Warranty took many weeks to send someone out to inspect, confirm and approve the repair possibly do to the holidays. Also, this repair need 32 parts and some were on back order. So it did take some time (out of our control) to finish the repair. The failed oil pump was completely unrelated to the original *** engine light concern. The vehicle has ***** miles and this scenario is not unusual for this model.
