Highly recommend this company! Great customer service and the ************ was incredible. They installed my 13 new windows in half a day; the workmanship was top-tier! The quality of the windows they installed exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with the product and service! Thank you for a job well done!

Very impressed with the sales service, installation service, and the quality of the installed siding materials. My nearly 40 year old house looks brand new.The installation crew took time to explain how they would hang the siding and ensured that they had permission form my neighbor to work on our shared wall. I have recommended American Remodeling to a couple of coworkers as a result of the quality workmanship on my siding install.Review from Roger F

Overall a great experience from initial sales consultation to completed project. Communication has been consistent and straight forward. Installation was less intrusive than anticipated an completed faster than expected. Area was left clean and install team was prompt and professional. One month in and I have found no issues with the windows and have noticed significant improvement in heating/cooling efficiency. Having had a family member use this company a few years ago with similar results, I am confident I will be just as satisfied with this investment many years from now.Review from Emmet F

I have not been disappointed with American Remodeling! They installed my new windows in a day; the workmanship was top-tier! They also have access to excellent financing and we were able to get the job done. I have been a customer for awhile now: they also did my vinyl siding 20 years ago! The only thing holding this review from a full five stars was that the window quality looks to have slightly declined while the price shot the other direction. The service and install and people were all great, so dont get that twisted. Its just that the construction changed since a previous install and to learn about that change as the installers were completing their work kinda bummed us out.Review from Geoffrey W

Horrible customer service, no ownership of mistakes, unprofessional telephone etiquette. If an "I'm sorry" is sufficient from a 5-star BBB Company, then this is the right company for you. Excuses is all they have given me when they sought me out as a customer. Highly dissatisfied with office staff and how they have mismanaged my case. I paid full price and haven't gotten full service in return. Still waiting on a window that was installed broken to be fixed. I've had to initiate all communication with them to get this issue resolved, and it still isn't resolved.Review from Cody & Lisa N
