Terrible company to deal with! Leased a cylinder when I wasn't even 18. They charge the price of a new cylinder to lease one for 5 years. It was time to renew, took them 3 weeks to send me paperwork to renew because the employee that hand wrote my address had such poor handwriting the post office had to manually process it. In those 3 week they mailed me a 2 week post dated cylinder **** for almost $500. Their business hours are limited so it was inconvenient to return the cylinder, they did offed to pick it up for an elevated "out of area" service fee. Once I got to the store I was told they would not accept the cylinder because it had been exchanged which was a violation of my lease. I was finally able to find a tank that was a brand they carry and returned it. Avoid their terrible service, insane prices, exorbitant fees, predatory leasing practices at all costs. No one should ever do business with these people... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!Review from Bill H

Whatever you do don't buy welding bottles from this company. Every bottle has to be certified every 10 years, RMAS charges $37.45 to do this. When you buy a bottle you expect to have 10 years before you have to do this again but with this company that's not the case. You get a bottle with a short time to recertify so you have to pay for another test every time you exchange a tank. You are also charged $12.00 for a person to go and get exchange tanks and bring them to the dock. I have made repeated phone calls and left voice messages to get an explanation for this and no one responds. Their web site claims that their business is built on trust and customer satisfaction. In my experience neither of these exist in the operation of this company. Don't be fooled go somewhere else to spend your money, this is not a honest company. The lowest rating I can leave is one star but they don't deserve even that much.
