I purchased a family adventure tour for my family which had to be prepaid. After making the purchase we arrived at the destination only to be told that one member couldn't be allowed due to limitations.After speaking with the front desk then management making them aware that I do not feel good about leaving one member behind. We came up to the conclusion to leave my wife behind to stay back as well and I would take the children through the tour.After being told that they do not offer refunds and that this was our fault while being treated very rudely referencing our limitations so everyone can hear. We decided to leave because of the disrespectful behavior of the management.My complaint starts with their behavior then moves on to the charges that we paid for, for services that were not rendered.I am very disappointed in our treatment, their behavior and ability to come up with a very simple solution.
