I went with one of my customers to ********************** to customize a shed and worked with ******* Haughtin. What a wonderful experience. ******* was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Turnaround to build was short and once they start building it from scratch, it will take 3 hours for completion. Very excited. I highly recommend stuff Shed and will recommend them in future as I own an organization business.

Tuff shed will not provide or issue a Texas windstorm certificate. They stated I did not pay to get the certificate nor acknowledge if the shed met windstorm requirements. It was constructed on time and a good job was done. As with any vender buyer needs to beware since any vender will scam you if they can.

I do not recommend to go to the Tuff Shed office in *******************. It was my first time going to tuff shed and I was recommended to go with them when buying a shed. I went on Wednesday to make my final payment of $2386.00 and I checked my bank account the next day and it was drafted out. I went to check my bank account today (Saturday) and tuff shed had taken the payment out again which put my checking account in overdraft and my savings account to zero balance. I drove to the store today to see if they could resolve this issue because I know have zero balances and no money. The sales representative was a little late coming in to work. When she logged onto the computer and pulled up my information the refund tab was greyed out so she had to call someone to help her. The lady told where to go and she was able to select the refund button. I ask her are you going to pay my overdraft fee and she said I would have to talk to her manager. She text him. She told me to call the bank to see if the transaction had went through and the bank could not see it. They told me to call back on Monday. Her manager (****) called her back and she put him on speaker. I told him my situation and he started talking to her and told her to take him off of speaker. He did not apologize and did no offer any kind of incentive. The sale representative did apologize. They are suppose to be giving me a letter on Monday to give to the bank to resolve the ***** overdraft fee. I returned home with no money in the bank and bills that I cannot pay.

This is my 2nd attempt at ordering a building for my ranch.The 1st was a 1000sq foot garage that was a nightmare that ended up in me canceling.Years after hurricane ******** decided to try tuff sheds again.From the salesperson who was entirely Unhelpful..he qoule always text : I'm on my phone busy".Never spoke to him.he was always busy.I did all thr leg work.Then tuff sheds had no idea that their notary forms should have had " in person" box on NOC form..I was told it's something new...I googled it and it's been required since Jan 1st 2020!!! 4 Years.Now there are more issue and I'm exhausted I want the people to contact me so he can personally see how inept the structure is for his sales staff and management.

If I could I would not give any stars to tuff shed. I ordered my shed with the 888 number from *********** After I payed for the shed everything went down the drain. I was not to schedule or getting information from ***** she told me sign the document with docu sign and afterward she will schedule me she did not was willing to answer any question. She was annoyed because I could not find the email from another person. I expected a docusign from tuff shed and not an email send under a person's name. She was rude and told me to go to ********** to talk to them.oh yes she was be able to tell me it is a diamond what I had no clue what I should do with that info. So I went to ********** and had to come back the next day because the person incharged was not there till the following day. So I had to spend another day and could not leave to my property. On Saturday I seen the person I charged and talked to him he also called tuff shed and ***** answered the phone and she was rude to him too and would not give any information to the homedepote agent. On the following Monday talked to a lady from tuff shed Abry and she was listening and explains a lot more. I signed the document and **** told me my appointment will be May 13. We'll today I got a call from tuff shed telling me I don't have an appointment.my address was wrong even I gave the correct address at the first time stalked to the. I'm renting equipment to have everything ready for the 13th. So now I have to pay for the rental and the people and still no tuff shed. It is almost a month since I paid for the shed and don't know when it will be installed. I can't recumbent anybody to buy a shed from tuff shed. Ispend houses and hours just to get problems solved. I have to rearrange my time because tuff shed is not answering my question. Stay away the worst company I ever had to deal with.

We have driven by the local ********** ******** Tuff Shed location on ***************** for 30+ years. We never really had a need for a shed, but recently we decided to get a shed for our backyard. We initially went to the website to review what was available and costs. We just wanted a basic shed with one 4-foot-wide door and no windows, so we experimented with the build your own option. Once we decided on a shed, we went to the store to look and ask questions. After seeing the various options, we ordered a shed. The whole process from start to finish was very simple. Both customer sales representatives at the store were very helpful in our selection and processing the order. The installation crew was very professional, efficient; detail oriented and did a great job with the installation. If I ever needed another shed, I would definitely buy a Tuff Shed again.

I do not recommend. ****** came out to my home, quoted a price, took measurements, and told I did not need a retaining wall or do add any more dirt. The company comes out to install and they say now I need a retaining wall and owe $300 for the visit. Took PTO for the day for nothing. I informed them I want to cancel my order but it will cost me $500 to do so. I will be out $800 for nothing and am still awaiting answers days later. I have gotten little communication from them and have already been charged $4700 plus the $300 for the job that hasnt been done.
