              On April 28, 2021 I purchased a $3,300 firepit from Christy Sports. The item was delivered on May 8th. Upon delivery it was discovered that the k*** to turn ON the firepit was missing, making the item unusable. Later the same day, the delivery driver returned with a k*** but it was the wrong one. Employees from Christy Sports have been to my house 4 times now and still the correct k*** has not been located. It is now obvious that Christy Sports sold me a USED firepit, claiming that it was new. In one of the 4 trips to my house, one employee brought me a package of items that belong with the firepit that was received by the "previous owner". These items should have been included from the beginning. The k*** was not included. I am still waiting. Christy Sports has engaged in DECEPTIVE SALES in selling me this firepit at full price with no acknowledgement that it was previously used and missing parts. The item has been at my house, unusable, for a month.
