BEWARE! I'm really bummed that I have to give Expert exteriors a one star review, because they have replaced ******* twice and did a really great job the first time and I thought the second as well, until I got a notice that their roofing supply company is putting a lien on our house because Expert hasn't paid their bills. I've called and talked to Expert but nothing has gotten done I paid them in full when they finished our roof. I'm not sure if they're running a scam now but I would beware of them which is a real shame because they really did do a great job on our roof twice.Review from Greg B

I work with ***** He was very helpful and easy to work with. He was very helpful with my initial contact with my insurance company. the project went faster than I was thinking (actually stripping and installation took a few hours. Workers cleaned up afterward. they also see a project I was doing was an *********** that I install on my front entrances and they covered that small area for me without any extra additional charges. Quality control inspection occurred within a day or two of the installation. Passed the city inspection without any difficulty. Thank you again Expert Exteriors.Expert Exteriors, LLC Response

I was so pleased with my recent experience with a roof replacement by Expert Exteriors. **** was our project manager and he was so good at keeping in contact with us throughout the process, helping us navigate insurance and our HOA and just generally being such a good sport.I was very pleased with the material delivery, and the day of installation. I especially appreciated that **** came back and did his own sweep of the worksite after the installers had completed their cleanup.I let all of my neighbors know that we were having a roof installed and if they had any questions or concerns to please reach out to me. Nobody had any complaints and several of them were complementary on how quiet the installers were and how well they cleaned up. We live on the corner thats on a little bit of a rise so our house is extremely visible to all passersby.Expert Exteriors, LLC Response

First, Expert Exteriors is exceptionally good at all stages before the actual replacement of the roof (this is important). All preparatory issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. Secondly, the actual replacement was done (already more than a year ago), quickly and accurately with high quality. Third, the final inspections were high quality. I rarely ever write a review, but I use them all the time. That is what compelled me to give others a chance to see what our experience with Expert Exteriors LLC was. First I can not say enough good things about how we were treated after experiencing the trauma of the hail damage we had incurred. We not only got excellent workmanship but ********************** and **** were there for our every need. They were all very attentive to detail, had excellent communication with us throughout the process and got things accomplished in the time frame given to us. Would we use them again... Expert Exteriors is Fantastic! The roofers were great! They finished tear-off and re-shingle in a single day, and did a beautiful job of finishing pipes, eve trim, and roof angle joints. My salesman was wonderful - helping me to decide on changes to downspouts and was patient while I picked discontinued shingle colors ... eventually ordering my favorite color from out of state since it wasnt available locally. He made sure I was happy with every step and worked with insurance so I didnt have to pay as much out of pocket. My best roofing experience ever! Expert Exteriors did an outstanding job repairing my home after a recent hail storm. ****** worked patiently with me and my insurance company to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. He stayed in contact with me, keeping me informed of progress and answering all of my questions. When the big days arrived for roofing and gutters, all of that prep work resulted in a flawless installation. They protected my home and landscaping from nails and debris. In fact, I found not a single nail after their clean up. Expert Exteriors is an awesome company and I highly recommend them for your roofing and repair needs. Give them a try.
