Once in a while, a company stands out, as really wonderful. I highly recommend *** and Assured Roofing, and would use them again instantly. *** is very knowledgeable, protected my interest, and made the process of getting a new roof almost stress free, with super attention to all the details, great follow through, and at a great price. I have a complex roof (at least to me), and his crew did almost all the work in a single day, really excellent results. My next door neighbors left for the weekend, and at first couldn't tell a roofing job had been done when they got back, the clean up was so complete. Some harder to find second story siding that connected to the roof needed replacing, and *** tracked that down and did the replacement, no problem. (Several of my neighbors wanted to know who did my roof, for future reference - after seeing and hearing how great the job went. ) I wish all work on my house could go so well, at such a great price, relatively, and so pleasantly.Review from Christy N

Used Assured roofing after a huge hailstorm in 2018. Had to wait my turn in line, as so many damaged roofs. The wait was worth it. *** went over my shingle options to find what I wanted.Once they started they were like ants on top of my house. Fast and efficient and I love my new roof.***** was exceptional in helping with my insurance claim and making sure everything was cover. Thanks Assured Roofing!!!

Assured Roofing is the best!. They offered everything I was looking for in a roofing contractor. From the first meeting with ***, I could tell the project would go smoothly -- and it did. The customer service was excellent, as was the quality of materials used. *** got me on his schedule quickly and finished my roof before an approaching storm set in. They totally documented all work done, and ***** interfaced with my insurance company to cover all the code upgrade items that needed to be done. Great job!Assured Roofing, Inc. Response

Filed a claim with our insurance company after a large hailstorm. ************* came back with an offer of $9500 for all damages (gutters, metal work on the roof, windows, and misc damage on the ground). Said no hail damage to the roof tiles even though had about 130 tiles cracked or chipped - said was the result of normal thermal movement.Contacted *********************/Assured Roofing to get his opinion. He walked the roof; agreed that the roof damage was the result of the hail storm. ***************** refused to budge so per the policy wording *** secured an appraisal company to represent us. ***************** hired their own appraisal company. No agreement so we went to a judge to rule. End result was the judge agreed with us - we got the roof totaled - the total award to replace/fix everything was just over $113,000. *** took over the entire process for us - no way we would have been able to do this without him.Assured Roofing acted as our contractor for the entire project and dealt with all of the trades involved as well as replacing the roof tiles. Job went very well; his people cleaned up the area every day before leaving; and the entire job was completed on schedule.Would use Assured Roofing again for any size roofing job.DWAssured Roofing, Inc.
