              This is the parent company of my apartment complex, Cierra Crest apartments. The reason for my complaint is that I have had extreme difficulty getting maintenance to repair problems in my unit. I have had an issue go over two years without being resolved. Two doors in my apartment broke shortly after I moved in in January of 2021 and they have still yet to be fixed. My A/C will also not turn on and they are refusing to complete repairs. My complaint is seeking repairs as well as some financial compensation for having to wait so long for repairs and not having A/C for the entire month of May despite paying full amount for rent.
