      Terrible experience renting with this company. Employees are rude and incompetent. Repair requests are left unaddressed and I fear that my security deposit will be taken as a result. Do yourself a favor and work with a different company.I wouldn't trust them to manage a kids toy house.

      Terrible to work with and incompetent! They have had my sons townhome to re-rent for 4 months. They have had over 140 contacts on Zillow and cant seem to get the place rented!

      The worst rental company weve ever dealt with. They take so long to respond to any maintenance issues. Weve had a broken dishwasher for over 2 weeks and have heard nothing from them. If this were the furnace or hot water heater, Im afraid to assume that it would be the same response. Makes me sad that we are renting from a slumlord that doesnt care about their tenants. Our last property managers in our previous house were amazing and we miss them terribly. Sad we had to move here are deal with this rental company.

      The only maintenance request we have from Stacey S is for a dishwasher on 9/3 over labor day weekend and our maintenance coordinator dispatched it the next week to an appliance repair company. Our maintenance coordinator dispatched a repair company and unfortunately the repair company dropped the ball. Our maintenance coordinator is currently dispatching another company for the repair.       There has been more than this dishwasher maintenance issue but ****** is taking care of everything now. Thank you for responding and Im sorry it had to come to me writing a review. It was really frustrating to not hear anything for so long. ****** has reassured us that 8z prides themselves on being a great property management and due to being short staffed, things fell through the cracks. We are great, respectful renters and business owners in town and we truly expect to be treated as such. I have all my faith that ****** is true to her word and I appreciate her working with us. We have hope and confidence that this was a fluke and other issue will be taken care of in a more timely manner. As of today, the dishwasher I was finally replaced (a month later), and we appreciate having a new one installed.

      You can never get a hold of anybody to figure out how to pay rent or get anything maintenance wise fixed!

      We are sorry to hear of ********* frustration. However ******* is not a tenant of any 8z Rentals properties. Our tenants have 24/7 access to an online portal to pay rent and submit maintenance requests, as well as a 24-hr emergency maintenance line. ******* did contact our emergency service, but they were unable to assist her because she is not a tenant in our database.

      A agent of the Loveland, CO office has bad service. Couldn’t rent from them if I flaunted money in their face. Do to the poor communication. Multiple people in my house hold attempted to acquire information to rent and no response till days later when it is already to late for anything. For someone who is trying to rent in a hurry. This is just poor business.
