We just wanted to leave a review for everyone. *******, from Rooter 66, came out today to give me an estimate to replace a hose bib that runs into our basement. Not only did he fit us into his schedule within days, he came ready with parts and equipment to perform the work in the event that we approved of the estimate. Rooter 66 is a sole proprietorship that has been in business for I think 20 years, and run by ******* a good deal of that time. ******* arrived on time, assessed the issue, and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He had everything he needed with him and after we approved the estimate, he performed the work in less than an hour and a half. He was super respectful of our home, wore booties in the house, laid down an absorbent rubber backed mat on the carpet in our basement under the pipe on which he was working before he set up his equipment. He performed both safely and effectively, and double checked his work for any potential leakage (there was none!) I highly recommend Rooter 66 and ******* based on our experience with him today ..
