            In July 2016, they installed a new furnace. In January 2021, after smelling gas in the home, Excel Energy told me the furnace had been improperly installed and the venting to the concentric was installed backwards. As a result, I have had carbon monoxide emissions in the home for nearly 5 years. Three independent HVAC experts have agreed the heat exchanger is cracked and needs to be replaced. It is warranted to 7/26/2036. I have requested the heat exchanger from Patriot Pros and plan to have it installed by a local HVAC company in my area. Due to the very poor workmanship of Patriot Pros, I do not prefer them to install it. I believe they should pay for the installation as well as the $325 I paid to reverse the dangerous venting on 1/28/21. I sent them a letter and they refuse to accept any responsibility and honor the warranty. I am requesting the heat exchanger, any necessary parts for installation and reimbursed payment for the work needed.

            This company is fantastic. Responded immediately to my phone call. Had someone at my door on time as promised. They make you their priority! Never took a break during the install of a new air conditioner. Spent the entire day educating me on the system and everything they were doing! I highly recomend them if you are looking for a thorough job. I have delt with other HVAC companies that did quick fixes and left in a hurry to the next job. NOT these guys! They are great You will feel totally confident when they leave you are going to be fine. They care! They are professional!!
