Needed two outdoor wall antisiphon spigots faucets replaced on old home. Work was done well but significantly overcharged. Worker was there for 4hrs. ~$200 in parts with a lot of drywall damage. Final bill $2800, and now repair of drywall.Review from Liz W

Recently, I called Bell Plumbing to replace a cartridge in my kitchen faucet. Previously two other plumbers came out, but they were not able to complete the job. In walked ********************* from Bell Plumbing ready to begin the job. Seamlessly, **** was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. Thanks to **** and his expertise, my faucet is no longer leaking and the faucet handle is working better than it has in years. Bravo to you ****, you made my day!Review from James T

Really impressed by the service of **** and ****. They came out to prep my AC and perform **** testing following new system install last fall. They arrived promptly, quickly checked the system and have me ready for summer. Looking forward to having this system maintained by them for years to come. Bell Plumbing & Heating was exceptional.From the operators who answered the phone & set up an appointment for the next day, to **** who initially diagnosed the problem with my furnace, to ***** who who headed the team & was on time, cordial, helpful & answered all my questions, to ************** who replaced the old furnace with a new one, all of the work was done beautifully.Everyone was friendly & helpful.They also were able to diagnose another related problem, but there was no pressure to do that work at this time. I very much appreciate the service that I received, especially *****, who took his job as manager of the project very seriously. His follow up left a job well done & a very satisfied customer.I will recommend ********************** to friends in the future & would use them again if a problem arises in another building.Bell Plumbing & Heating Co. I used Bell to install a new water heater. To be honest the process was painful as there were complications with my HVAC/ water heater BUT in the end they corrected the issue, apologized and even discounted the fee. I would use them again as I trust they will stand by their work even if things don't go smoothly!Bell Plumbing & Heating Co. Response

Before replacing my HVAC I did a deep dive into the review for all the local companies and narrowed it down to Bell. Glad I did. Was super impressed with everyone I dealt with on the install. From start to finish the exceeded all my expectations. Their Project Manager who took the time to understand what my requirements were and put me into the right system that was right for me. Even the staff closing the job out impressed me, with setting up my warranty and scheduling the city inspection--they were prompt and followed up on everything immediately. In between the actual install was far better I'd hoped--********************, and **** really take pride in their work and it showed. So happy I went with ****!Bell Plumbing & Heating Co. Response

We called Bell Plumbing for leak repair which was done quickly and priced fairly. When doing the job, ************ and 2 technicians came to assure they could quickly resolve the issue. They found a larger issue which we had been trying to isolate and determined that additional parts and time would be needed. They tentatively scheduled for the following Friday for the repair. They arrived on time and $400 under estimate to repair the item. Yes, we will be using Bell Plumbing for our future repairs. Good local company!Bell Plumbing & Heating Co. Response

I live in a townhome community. In May 2023, I called Bell Plumbing to come out and investigate the sound of water in my laundry room. The technician immediately said you have a water main leak. He arranged for ****, ****** estimator to come out and confirm. When **** arrived, I asked him if he should turn off the water main at the curb stop to confirm it was the main line. He said it wasn't necessary because it was definitely a water main leak. **** then informed my HOA Board that it was a water main leak and provided a quote for $9,600+ along with a recommendation that this repair be a priority. Based on this information, my HOA authorized Bell Plumbing to commence with excavation and water main replacement. When the Bell technicians arrived and started excavation, I told them I still had water because my toilets were flushing. I asked that they turn off the water main at the curb stop to see if the sound of water was still there in my laundry room. They said it wasn't necessary to turn off the water until the excavation was complete and main line replacement was ready to begin. After the main line was removed, it was determined by Bell that there was in fact no leak in the main line. At that time, an individual from the city arrived and told me it was most likely a sewer line problem. Bell Plumbing would not negotiate with my HOA on the cost of the repair. My HOA subsequently charged the invoice back to me as an assessment. **** was wrong with their diagnosis of the problem. They refused to turn the water main off at the curb stop to confirm it was indeed a water main leak. Now I am stuck with this expensive assessment for a repair that was never required! This was total negligence on the part of Bell Plumbing. I feel they were just out to make a buck and never performed due diligence on the part of me the homeowner.Bell Plumbing & Heating Co. Response

**** installed a faucet 4 years ago. The handle came loose and Bell charged $200.00 to tighten it. It took 3 minutes to fix. I agreed to having it fixed as we were leaving on a few days for my mother in ***'s funeral. I called **** to voice my displeasure and more than anything have someone from *************** call me. I spoke to **** at Bell and gave him my story and that what I wanted was to hear from ****. Five days later and nothing from Bell. Nothing!! How can the BBB give this company an A+ rating when they won't even return a phone call. And from all the reviews it seems overcharging is the norm for **** as it's almost non-existent customer service.Bell Plumbing & Heating Co. Response

That is not at all how we want to respond to concerns! see in our notes that ******************** Manager ***** spoke with you yesterday. I also understand that we issued a refund of $105.97 in response to your frustration over the costs to get a licensed plumber to your home. We do hope that helps your situation, and hope that you consider using Bell again in the future.
