We want to apologize that your recent purchase did not live up to your expectations, and assure you we take this feedback super seriously as a small startup.
Unfortunately, it is an error with our inventory system. Trust me, the fact that it still shows it as available is super frustrating for both of us, but we are working to correct the issue asap.
Without getting too technical, we basically started to grow much faster than we anticipated, and an issue we knew we would have to solve (eventually) related to inventory sync became a problem much sooner. Now, that module is totally overwhelmed with inventory updates and its not syncing anything! What a nightmare.
I really apologize for the inconvenience here, we are working our butts off to get the issue corrected and will let you know when that happens!
