SERVICE AND QUALITY!! Top Notch!! We had chosen a 'side match' carpet pattern which was unique (for us). When initially laying the two rolls 'side by side' (Large Room), we discovered the color run didn't line up between the two rolls. Coventry Owner (***) immediately came out and coordinated ************************ from the mill. (no cost to us). *** (owner) personally came out with his team of installers and seamed the rolls together himself!! An A++ job by a company that is obviously built on service. SO HAPPY with the carpet and quality. Doesn't happen often, but when you want a job done right, go to COVENTRY CARPETS. am in the real estate business and I use Coventry for my personal homes as well as tell all my clients to use them. Why? Because they have a professional staff that do this for a living and have that special eye for detail. The owner and sales side... couldn't ask for a better guy than ****. Which is why I have been giving him my business for over 12 years. I've tried those other places like Carpet Exchange, Lowes and ********** and you end up with some "subcontractor" who gave them the lowest bid and it their labor reflects it. Cheap is cheap. Coventry isn't the cheapest but they aren't the most expensive...but that isn't important. What is important is they do a great job! I'm lucky they are in my phone contacts.Review from Cari

Coventry was a fabulous resource for our re-carpeting project. We added an additional room to the job at the last minute, that they were able to accommodate us. They went above & beyond. We also really appreciated and enjoyed the install crew of ******, Forest and ********** They were terrific...****** as lead, was so professional and competent and THOROUGH. We loved working with them! Highly recommend.
