This dealership is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The sales guy *************************** and manager **** treated me and my daughter like trash on the street. We purchased a ***** Malibu on 04/21/2022. The test drive showed that the ** was having trouble working and the tire pressure light was on. The car was filthy on the inside as well. By Monday, 5 days after we purchase, the check engine light came on and the display screen was black. We reached out to ***** and he responded saying he was working on finalizing the 90 day warranty. He never got back in touch with us on Monday. Tuesday, we drove the car out to the dealership to talk with them in person. ***** was rude, condescending and sarcastic. **** the manager was just as rude and condescending. **** used the diagnostic machine to see what was going on and it came back that there was an airflow issue. However, the check engine light was on when we arrived at the dealership. I posed the question to ***** if we could just trade that car for a different car and his response was no because we past the 5 day 250 mile deadline. The customer service showed by ***** and **** was racist and male chauvinist at its finest. They took advantage of two black women and violated our trust.

I bought my car on 12/10/21. I took my car in for repairs on 12/22/21 after noticing transmission issues (it had to be replaced). I got my car back on 1/29 with a leaking transmission and non-functioning AC (service said it was fixed). I bought the car for $17,930 and AutoNation bought it back for $15,500 because my car wasn't 'worth' the $17,000 I paid. They relisted the car for $17,999 - funny it's worth that much when they're selling it (VIN *****************). They made money on my trade, money on the jeep, money on the warranty repairs, and a nice 2K buying my car back. This has been the most disappointing car buying experience I've ever had.

I will never buy a jeep or deal with AutoNation again. AutoNation West sold me a 2020 jeep gladiator which only made it 10 months and **** miles before suffering from a debilitating clutch failure. I was without a vehicle for 2 months while still making very high payments. it completely ruined my summer, I was unable to make recreational plans for offroading and camping which was THE WHOLE REASON FOR BUYING A JEEP. The new clutch failed less then two weeks later and now I am back in the same helpless position. My labor day weekend plans are ruined, Im having to make other arrangements to get to work. They are not sympathetic towards my situation and are making excuses about lack of technicians. Yet it's ironic how you could go in there at any moment and find a team of eager sales people who will sell you a vehicle on the spot. They do not care about you once they have your money and it's apparent they do not pay their service technicians enough to keep a full staff around to fix the crappy jeep they sold me.

do not EVER go to Jeep West for service! Service team is -5*. Had my vehicle for 5 days before they even pulled it into the bay. Then they had to order a part (drag link) so they pulled it out of the bay instead of getting the rest of the work done (steering box TSB replacement)!List of repairs to be done that they stopped to have a part overnighted... rear main seal, steering box, drag link, head gasket seal. Two days of repairs stopped until the drag link, which is a 30 minute replacement, was received.
