      Sales team is great. Recently bought a new Jeep and our advisor was very helpful and went the extra mile. Service team is another story. We own a **** Jeep that we brought in for recall work and oil change. The vehicle left barely running with a check engine light on. Spoke with my service advisor who stated "it came in that way/nothing we did caused this."We have owned this Jeep since it was new and done 99% of the maintenance at a local mechanic and never had an issue. The service department will not accept responsibility unless THEY can determine it was an issue caused by them but told us we are not allowed to have it assessed elsewhere. Very shady to say we can't get a second opinion/they have to look at it so they can claim they weren't responsible for the issues. 5 Stars for the Sales team. 0 Stars for Service

      Bought a car here a month ago, should of checked their BBB rating of 'F' which is about right. Poor customer service in following up and addressing what was promised in writing to me. Have attempted to reach out multiple times with no response from anyone. All this place cares about is making money, once they have it they are done dealing with you.I can't believe some ratings from this place is above one star. So frustrated with this place after spending so much money there. The AutoNation name has been one people trust but this dealership is ruining it.

      My husband and I were looking to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee L, after looking everywhere this specific dealership had exactly the car we were looking for. From the second we walked in our entire experience was just awful. At first there was a sales guy that refused to help us just by looking at my husband. 20 min later we finally get someone to help, we told them exactly what we want and inform that we have a preapproved loan with our institution, so we are thinking this should not take too long. Of course it did take hours, but we are being understanding, i seriously was super frustrated with the whole process, still to this day have no clue what it took so long. Anyway hours later we are told that the vehicle we are buying "tonight" is not at the dealership, our sales guy looked for it for 30 min, only to find out that the General Manager took it home and didn't inform anyone. We were approached by this lady i guess the floor manager, that was trying to play it cool, like you know it's not a big deal. She says: "You know he's the *** he just does whatever he wants. He took it home to DEMO it, and unfortunately lives ***********". No apology, nothing to make us feel better. We get the car the next day with 380 miles on it, when it was advertised on their website at 10 miles. I am absolutely speechless and will never recommend this place to anyone. I had no idea this is acceptable, do GM's just take brand new vehicles to DEMO them? It that the procedure nowadays? Our poor sales guy, he felt so bad, he was the only one that acted professional and apologetic. If it wasn't for all the shortages i would've turned around and never would've given them a $50k plus check.
