      Great Company. Movers were on time, friendly, composing, and careful with my belongings. Worldwide Moving Systems charged me so affordably. I enjoyed working with them and will recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

      I must suggest all of you go with Worldwide Moving Systems LLC. I have had items damaged in moving with other companies, but this one was fantastic and took great care of everything, and I had no damages with them. I 100% recommend it.

      I used them in October. My move was done with care and I didnt have damages. I guess it depends on the day and crew they assign? My experience was much different and I recommend them to my neighbors.

      Terrible, misleading, and totally unconcerned with the level of service they provide. The estimate was competitive and they seemed above board but once I agreed, there was a discussion of a discrepancy with the delivery date which a third party (driver) asked me about but then abruptly ended the call. Once you are scheduled for a move, without a contract, they can back out and so can you. They waited until the last minute to send a contract and while under the duress of time constraints, I quickly signed and returned it to *******. On moving day, once my stuff was loaded, the driver requested the aforementioned delivery date issue which I again said did not work for me as I would not even be at the destination at that time. 48 hours before the delivery time, I was contacted by ******* who told me that the cost to store for the needed 2 days would be $1400 which upset me greatly. She said she would see about getting a better price and call me back but then disappeared for the day. The following morning (24 hours prior to delivery date) she called again to inform me that destination storage was more expensive and it was actually $1800. I had to book $1000 worth of last minute flights, hotels, and rental cars in order to save myself the $1800 in storage. She also referred me to North American *** Lines customer service who were nearly impossible to reach and unable to help. Of course payment in the full amount was due before delivery of my items so I was left with no recourse.The treatment I received from Worldwide Moving Systems is the definition of predatory. They had me in a compromised position with time constraints, coerced me to sign a contract that was not in my best interest and they knew there was an issue with, and waited until the last moment to explain the severity of the dilemma they knew about. I cannot recommend and will never use them (or honestly any other NAVL affiliate) again.

      Good morning,What is the name on the relocation and when was the move completed? This event happens rarely, when the shipper is not ready for delivery, I believe this might have happened a year ago.The estimate/order for service has the dates and move information on it. It is the contract and is given to the shipper right after the estimate is performed. The shipper is to sign the estimate/order for service to accept and set up the move. I call and go over the relocation, dates and other information at time of registration. If there are any changes, questions, or problems the shipper is to call me. If the estimate/order for service is not signed, I send out another copy for signature. Somehow we got thru 4 major steps without finding out the dates did not work for you. (original estimate, signing the estimate, confirmation of the estimate, and signing the **** of lading on load day.Once the shipment is loaded changing dates can only be completed with the driver's agreement since he has other shipments on his trip. If he is able to wait or deliver in another way, he will. If he is not able to change his route, we discuss with the shipper options.(find someone to accept the shipment for them, go into a North American storage facility, or have the shipper get to destination. We were not the destination agent and would have needed to get storage rates from them. I spoke to the driver and found out his availability, spoke to the shipper and gave him his options. I would have needed to call the destination agent to find out their charges for storage. It took more than the one day. I am sorry that you feel that you were mistreated. We do not force dates on moves. We would register a move with dates and the trips are made from the registrations from all North American agents. They are made to fit together for routes and dates by dispatchers at the corporate level. Again, I am sorry. I believe this move happened quite awhile ago. We spoke at that time and worked through the problem with delivery. I am sorry you had to change your plans to get to destination and that it cost you more.
