I went through Alliance *** Lines for a move from ********** to **** they came and picked up our stuff on March 26th 2022 the ************* that was in charged asked when we would like it delivered we told him March 31st se verbally told it it would take roughly 7 days and we agreed on out way to our new home they called and said it can take up to 21 days it is now May 4th and we still don't have our stuff we're sleeping on air mattresses and so are our children we had to empty out our savings for essential items that we already have just to live had to buy all kitchen utensils, had to buy my 3 daughter all new clothes when we just did before we had the moving company come we had to buy ourselves all new clothes because all of our stuff is with the moving company my husband is a disabled veteran and this is making it hard for him also we had to re get all of our birth certificates because we needed them to get our kids in school and get our drivers license and cars transfered Alliance *** Lines won't do anything and movers pro just keeps telling us they don't have an update they have had our stuff for over a month my business is with that moving company so that's loss of income also so we're just living off of my husband's disability and they do not seem to care about it we have asked for a full refund and we would send someone else out there to get our stuff and they refuse I just want our stuff back so we can go back to normal I stead of stressing on a daily basis it has us all depressed even my kids
