We have several large and awkward pieces of furniture, and they moved those with no damage to anything. They even made sure that any furniture placed on our hardwood floors had felt pads on the feet. We appreciated that! ******* has a good eye for furniture placement, and was very helpful in arranging the furniture in our new house. We highly recommend them!

We've had some decent experience with movers before, but nothing like what we had with American Moving.******* reached out to us immediately to give us the details of the move. Was very informative and very open to questions. The guys that moved us were amazing - courteous, friendly and got everything done super fast. They took extra care with our things and placed everything where it was meant to go at our new place.We were very thoroughly impressed and they will be our go-to moving company from now on when we (inevitably) move again lol

We hired this American Moving to move us from ** to CO. While the loading met expectations, the delivery failed miserably. From the point of loading our home, we had no proactive communications on the delivery. I would call and leave a message with the move coordinator and wouldnt hear back. I would call the Salesperson/Owner and he would call back but didnt seem to have complete information. The delivery date changed last minute. When the movers arrived at our new home it was in a U-Haul truck and trailer with some of our furnishings strapped to the top of the trailer. The two men who arrived had just driven ***** miles. ***** was no additional crew. ***** was no supervisor. They didnt do a walk-through of our home. They didnt ask questions. They didnt take any steps to PROTECT our new home. When we asked about protection, they responded they didnt have any. They eventually left in the moving truck to buy some. We called American Moving to state our dissatisfaction We were told this is the crew that was available and there was nothing else they could do.My wife and I (both in our 60s) helped carry many of the boxes and directed some of the boxes to be put in the garage to save time due to the small crew. In the end, the unloading took from 11:10am to 9:30pm and the movers left before everything was complete. Several pieces of furniture were damaged and a new carpet soiled from the movers shoes. We will process an insurance claim for the furniture. We hired and paid $15,000 for a professional moving company. This is far from what we received. This was, at best an amateur, unorganized, uncaring delivery of our furnishings (repacked in a smaller U-Haul truck and strapped to the top of a trailer)! If we had known this was the service we'd receive we never would have hired ******/American Moving. Even after requesting to speak to the salesperson/owner of American Moving, he hasnt responded and delegated any interactions to a subordinate.
