Reviewed and changed their partnerships to ensure the standard of work being completed it of high quality. Continue to review all internal processes to ensure a high quality of work. Hired an additional office staff member to assist with consumer inquiries and complaints. Partnered with a claim handling agency to ensure claims are effectively handled in a timely manner and integrated their billing platform into their CRM for more accurate and streamlined billing. BBB will continue to monitor their complaint volume and progress.
