I am so thankful I was referred to **** at Colorado Lending. His knowledge and patience are incredible. He stood calmly by us for 2 years while we figured out our finances, having several zoom conversations to discuss possibilities and options as we were living overseas, and took the time to answer my many questions. As a first time buyer I had quite a few and our situation was fluid and changed quite a bit from when we first spoke. He never pushed but was always ready to talk when we reached out. **** is a wealth of knowledge! By the time I took the new homeowners class that he recommended to get a loan discount, I already knew almost everything it taught about loans because he had already taken the time to explain it. He was courteous and patient the many times I called throughout the process with questions and never sounded irritated or complained even when I called him in the evenings, which he suggested I do as things were moving quickly. He was on hand at our closing to answer any questions and still, a month out, answers all my questions quickly and calmly. I know he has my best interest at heart. I trust him, and that is invaluable, and I know he will continue to have my best interests at heart if and when refinancing options become available to help us lower our interest rate. Not only is his service impeccable, but he also recommended the perfect realtor to us so throughout our entire home buying experience I felt like we were a team all working toward the same goal. On top of it all, hes just a downright nice person. I truly cannot recommend **** and Colorado Lending enough!

**** was easy to work with, a great communicator, and very efficient. Once we contacted **** he told us exactly what he needed to get the process rolling and to continue the approval process. He sent us regular updates about the rate and worksheets showing the payment and interest rates. He worked with us to find the right loan and saved the day by selecting a 60-day lock for our home loan in the middle of weekly interest rate hikes. He helped us find the right payment and listened to us when we told him the term of loan we needed. **** is a true professional and we will work with him again when interest rates fall to refinance our home.
