I own a condo at ********************************************. The condo unit across the hall had a water leak, causing flooding in my unit and damaging the carpet in my living room. The Silver ****************************** contacted Servpro to come vacuum the water from my unit. When they lifted the carpet to dry underneath, the workers broke two of my kitchen tiles. After I initially complained, they came back to inspect and try to match my existing kitchen tiles. During this time, they removed two additional tiles from my kitchen. So now I have two tiles missing and two broken tiles.This unit is a rental property and the lack of/broken tiles make my business look bad. I have to apologize to each guest in advance (going on since March 10th, 2022), and hope that the guests are kind enough not to leave a bad review. Servpro's solution was to create a border around my tile since they couldn't find one to match, it was extremely tacky and a poor attempt on their end to cut costs at my expense. I suggested just that they file an insurance claim to replace all my tiles, which they have essentially ignored my request for resolution.I have exhausted my time trying to contact them and come up with a mutually agreed upon solution.I am seeking $3000 to replace all my kitchen tiles, labor costs associated with this and the lost revenue for my business over the last 2.5 months .
