    This company is the worst. They gave me a two hour window and then showed up and hour after that. Their truck was too small for all of my possessions, they had no tools or a hand cart. They said they would be back at 9am the next day and showed up at 10:30 to get the rest of my belongings. One of the last things they packed was my paper shredder. When it was time to return my items, they couldn't accommodate my request for Friday, the soonest they could do was between 9 and 10am on Monday. I traded my vacation days, worked Friday and took Monday off instead. At 9:10 Monday morning, I got a message saying that they had people call in and they needed to reschedule. When I explained I took a vacation day, they said they would have to have office staff do it then and they would be later because they hadn't even loaded the truck yet. When they showed up with my stuff, they were missing my leather sofa, three area rugs, my laptop that they were supposed to clean and a paper shredder. I had to take the next morning off to be home to get the missing items. Everything was returned except one area rug and my paper shredder. I received an email from one of the people there saying in his personal opinion, they never took a shredder. It took ten days and a follow up email to get my rug returned. Still no shredder. I have two lamp shades that are ruined, I had one leg snapped off an antique table and another leg is severely cracked. I have a dent in the base of my fan that looks like they dropped the couch on it. They scrapped one of the legs off an entertainment center and pulled off part of the trim. They put the broken pieces inside it and neglected to tell me about it. And through it all I was consistently treated like an imposition and an unreasonable person. This company overpromises and then gaslights you into thinking it was your fault they couldn't do their job or be on time. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Still out a shredder.
