    Of all the places I called this place called back and set up an appointment and estimate the quickest. Justin came out. He was on time, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We proceeded to schedule the next appointment to do one of the many electrical jobs I need done. He was able to squeeze me in that same week 3 days later, which was wonderful! Justin got sick and had to re-schedule. We re-scheduled for 1 week later. No problem. Then the day of the re-schedule he contacted me and said he was still sick and wanted to get tested, so we re-scheduled again for next week. No problem I understand, life happens. I sent him a text to see if he was feeling ok, and he responded immediately. He even answered some electrical questions for me very professionally and politely even though I said “rest up we can talk on Friday.” At this point you are asking yourself, why 2 stars then? Well, I would give it one star, except I think Justin was great when he was here and over text… and that deserves something. The last re-schedule rolls around and he was a no show. The appointment was for arrival between 2:00-2:30. I waited until 2:39 to text him and see if he was still coming and if he was ok. No response. We both have iPhones so I saw that he read my text. I even took screen shots of the read messages so no one could say otherwise. When he didn’t respond to the text after reading it, I sent an email and left a voicemail with the same basic message. “Missed you at two, you ok? Can we re-schedule?” No response, phone, email, or text. I decided to check my doorbell camera footage. Maybe he showed up and I missed him and he’s mad at me? That wouldn’t excuse not responding to my messages, but it’s worth a look. There was footage of him arriving an hour early the day of the appointment, when my family and I were not available. I took a screenshot of that as well. I then sent the screenshot to Justin via text and email. Saying “looks like you were here an hour early when we weren’t available. Then didn’t come back?” I saw that he read the text, so I said “Hello?” No response email or text. Then I texted him: “If you could please do me the courtesy responding to any number of my texts, emails, or voicemails I would appreciate it. I don’t want to leave bad reviews if you have a reasonable explanation for the missed appointment and non-communication.” I waited a few days after I saw that he read that. No response again. Screenshot. 4 days later I wrote: “Ok. I don’t understand why you are ghosting me. You seemed like a really nice, intelligent guy. I definitely didn’t expect this. All it would have taken was an apology and a re-schedule.” That was about 30 minutes before I wrote this review. I again see that he read it. Screen shots of all of this. No response. So I am writing this review now. I have read the other reviews, and all the comments about professionalism and knowledge are true in my opinion. The one about quoting way higher than other electricians was kind of the same as I experienced, but in my situation he was saying the extra work he need to do was because of the county electrical codes and he can’t legally do my work without doing the extra stuff to my box, because my home was built in the 80’s. I hope this is helpful to people. I still don’t have any idea why a business person would ghost an excited customer like this, but your guess is as good as mine. Sounds like he didn’t do that to other people, so it seems like a gamble if you go with them. I hope you all have a better experience. And Justin if you are reading this, I hope whatever it is that’s causing you to act like this, you recover from. Best of luck in the future. Please treat future customers with the same kindness, respect, and knowledge you showed me in our first two interactions.
